紅眼航班6點到的，之前有寫郵件告知情況。特地選了離機場近的，價格便宜的，早點到早點補覺。房間洗澡水很小，隨便洗洗，酒店設施沒仔細看，沒睡多久就退房準備登珍珠島了。睡醒拍了窗外景色，房間竟然忘記拍了，可能太着急睡覺了。

20多年的旅行經驗，第一次認認真真給出最差的評價！只是希望不要有更多的旅行者被騙。 1. 衛生: 吃完早餐，我們一行六人，有三個人拉肚子。床單上像是沒有換過，但是房間都沒有指示告訴我們如何聯繫前台。再加上我們入住太晚，孩子們很累，於是就穿著衣服睡覺。 2. 設備: 搭電梯時，我被困在電梯裡。按黃色警鈴完全沒有反應。大約被關一分鐘後，電梯門自己打開，我兩腿發軟走出來，正好遇到工作人員。向工作人員求助，應該如何步行去我所在的樓層，工作人員像看**一樣看著我，沒有給我任何幫助。 12點退房之後可以用游泳池，但是卻沒有浴巾提供！如果需要浴巾，需要租！而同一座建築裡的另一家酒店卻可以免費提供。兩家酒店入住費用是差不多的。 3. 服務: 距離酒店5公里，原本是亮點，但是打車方面卻成了軟肋。酒店沒有接駁服務，機場的的士司機因為距離近，不願意打表，要100美金。我打電話給酒店前台求助，前台說春節期間就是這樣！我帶著老人和孩子，祈求酒店後，幫我叫了200000越南盾的出租車。可事實是，春節期間從除夕到初三我都在越南，初一從哈瓦那酒店打車去vinpearl纜車，也是5公里，收費儘100000越南盾。 4. 性價比: 同樣的價格，我在市中心哈瓦那酒店住了兩晚，完全是不同的體驗。

定的三人間上樓一看就是個大床房下樓溝通説一會加床酒店本身沒有圖片的三人間的那種房型加床很不舒服彈簧硬淋浴間沒有放洗漱用品的地方房間小也不太乾淨游泳池想找個工作人員沒找到附近能吃飯的地方很少進城吃飯打車來回200人民幣真後悔應該還是住沉香塔附近就好了起碼吃飯方便當初就是圖離機場近沒想到周圍沒配套設施就是個空城

入住時間是下午 2:00，但由於房間正在打掃，我只能在下午 2:30 入住。這是我出國前預訂的6小時住宿的地方。我在退房時要求提供一輛嬰兒車，禮賓部說他會檢查房間 5 分鐘，然後辦理退房手續。但10分鐘後，由於萬能鑰匙已經不見了，他們用翻譯告訴我們客人把鑰匙帶回房間。如果您將鑰匙留在房間裡並且沒有萬能鑰匙就關上門，誰能打開房間？我把卡鑰匙留在兩個房間，打開了門，並連同照片一起發給你。已經過了 15 分鐘以上，我和機場送機公司的時間不多了，所以我投訴了，他們說我必須退房，而不檢查我的房間。我真的不明白他們為什麼要我把鑰匙留在插槽裡然後等待。我退房了，所以走吧... 當我問一開始提到的那個bug是怎麼回事時，他說到時候才會叫車。這是一次非常不令人滿意的住宿。

1. 자정 쯤 공항 도착하여 0.5박용으로 들렸지만, 제 기준에ㆍ 0.5박용치고 과분했습니다. 2. 엠페리언/아레나 등등 같은단지 같아요 3. 리조트 앞 상가 한국사람들 많이가는 식당, 마사지집 있습니다.

除了位置之外，這絕對是最糟糕的。由於離機場近，我預訂了早班航班。一開始對乾淨的外觀還算滿意，但Google評價不好也是有原因的。我是晚上入住的，因為是早上的航班，所以只待了幾個小時，但在這短暫的時間裡，我看到了兩隻蟑螂。我在窗簾後面抓住了一隻很大的蟑螂，它到處亂竄，我尖叫著。我該稱它為壁櫥嗎？那裡出現了小蟑螂…那裡很不舒服，我不想待在那裡。而且設施看起來就像被人弄亂過一樣，電熱水壺也只有半滿，沒有使用過。應該是別人用過的水，水池上留著白色的水跡，再加上度假村裡人不多，所以給人一種詭異的感覺。

출국전 잠시 0.5박 으로 잡았어요. 룸은 혼자 지내기에 편할정도 뷰는 수영장이랑 바다보이고 좋네요. 수영장 이용은 안해봤는데 사이즈는 꽤 큽니다. 멀리 바다근처에 유수풀 같은게 있는거 같은데 이용하는사람은 안보였어요. 주변이 아직 활성화 안되서 그런가 분위기가 한적합니다. 주변상점 공실이 대부분입니다. 푸꾸옥 빈펄 가는길느낌이에요. 주변만 좋아진다면 나쁘지 않을거같아요.

조식 뷔페의 커피가 진하고 맛있어서 하루를 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었어요. 빵 종류도 다양했어요. 단, 과일 코너는 생각보다 선택지가 적었어요.

辦理入住手續花費的時間太長了，預訂已經付款，但到達辦理入住手續時必須等待 40 分鐘才能確認憑證。該位置不在市中心附近，因此需要購物時很困難。

반박 투숙했는데 시설도 괜찮고 수영장도 넓고 레스토랑은 그냥 먹을만 했는데 아쉬운점은 체크인 하는데 시간이 너무 오래걸려서 짜증났음

酒店的位置簡直無敵，四周都是海洋和白沙灘。房間設備一應俱全，住起來非常舒適。酒店園區超大，走到一個地方要騎電動車。這裏的泳池真的是一個亮點，不僅有成人池，還有小童池，特別適合帶孩子的家庭。

度假村的設施簡直超豪華，泳池、SPA、健身房應有盡有！每個房間都非常現代化，床非常舒服，像睡在雲朵裏一樣。尤其是工作人員，總是面帶微笑，態度非常親切，服務熱情，值得每一分錢！
