瑟維集團卡呂普索飯店(Hotel Servigroup Calypso)

Un fin de semana excelente muy limpio , muy buena atencion y muy buen desayuno.

Personal fabuloso cena nochevieja pobre con una improvisada salida personal cocina pidiendo propina algo extraño.Una habitacion ruidosa desde primera hora a cuenta de unas obras y el colchon sin comentarios.Buena situacion poca animacion noche y mucha gente mayor sin mas

A destacar el ambiente del hotel, malo no malísimo, piscina sin música y personal de entretenimiento que deja mucho que desear, estuvimos 5 noches y sólo vimos un chico en la piscina animando "lo que se dice animar" Bailando 5 minutos como si estuviera con sus amigos en un bar, era de risa, y los espectáculos nocturnos muy flojos. La comida estubo muy bien y los camareros muy majos por decir algún nombre Celso creo que se llamaba y Constantine y las chicas muy bien. La recepción muy bien. Limpieza muy bien. En general hotel solo para dormir y comer.

Sólo estuvimos un día en PC ,fuimos mi hijo y yo en San Valentín .el hotel está en la zona del rincón de loix ( zona guiri ) pero en el hotel cuando estuvimos alojados la gran mayoría de clientes era nacional .el hotel está muy bien y está todo muy limpio ,la habitación que nos tocó tenía el baño reformado pero la habitación le falta una pequeña reforma se queda anticuada,las camas muy cómodas,las almohadas no ,las vistas desde el balcón que nos tocó no tenían ningún atractivo daban lateralmente y solo se veían máquinas y edificios y el buffet fue lo mejor tenía bastante variedad ,es verdad que también eche en falta algunas cosas pero la calidad era fabulosa ,me gustó muchísimo el buffet del hotel ,tampoco habían colas para entrar como pasa en algunos hoteles en horas punta.Y por poner algo negativo serían los horarios del comedor en la comida y cena muy temprano ,enfocado al turista extranjero ,por lo demás vamos a volver en semana santa a otro hotel de la cadena por qué creo que no nos va a defraudar .volvería .

Favourite hotel so far in Benidorm. Opposite Morgan tavern so it’s excellent location if you want to go out on the *****. Very clean hotel and the breakfast was lovely, loads of choice and the staff are very efficient and friendly. We were on the fourth floor and the balcony faced the flash next door and it was very quiet in the morning and no problems with noise late at night. The room had everything you need, free safe to use and a mini fridge. Loads of storage space and comfortable beds. The shower was great. Rooms cleaned daily. Will 100% come Back to this hotel again.

La limplieza del hotel , asi como sus instalaciones son perfectas aemas las mayoria son nuevas. En la piscina seria interesante prestar toallas pasra lo clientes, puesto que la mayotia debemos comprar toallas para poder estar en ella.

Another fabulous stay at this wonderful hotel ! I really can't say enough about it , the staff ,everyone of them goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and you feel like your on holiday with friends .The food is exceptional and every meal we had was a delight .The rooms could do with a little upgrading but this is minimal compared with every positive this hotel has to offer and most of the guests are repeat guests that have been many, many times before it is by far my favourite hotel in Benidorm

Used the Calypso Terazza for drinks and entertainment by Shaun Elliot Wed, Fri and Sundays. Really good light hearted entertainment. Bar staff excellent, particularly Lawrence and Marko. Free tapas with drinks. Can recommend for a good afternoon.

Once again had a fantastic stay at The Calypso. We return again and again will not stay anywhere else. Rooms and hotel spotless cannot fault at all. Maids clean and make beds every day if needed. Put up do not disturb if you don't require this everyday. Samantha on reception fabulous ! Always willing to help and Laurence in bar area an absolute joy. Always smiling. We are made to feel like family now when we return with a warm welcome. Food is great always loads to choose from and brilliant quality. I love the ice cream machine lovely Mr whippy at lunch time. Only a 4 min walk to the beach, indoor Market and bars. Waikiki is one of our favourites just across the road. Fridge in room very handy for keeping cold water and of course wine to sip on the balcony while watching the world go by. There is a great supermarket if you go through the indoor market and go out of the rear door. Great for snacks and drinks to keep in fridge. They also have a freshly sqeezed orange juice machine. Delicious! No kettle in rooms but as an early riser I walk along to Marianos in the morning for a fresh takeaway coffee. Breakfast at the hotel is served from 8. The pool area is great with pool bar serving snacks and drinks. Plenty of sunbeds. The only downside is the price of the drinks at the terrace bar very expensive for the area. We would like to enjoy a drink here before we went out for the evening but the price puts us off. Such a shame. The entertainment is more for older residents Shawaddywaddy seems to be repeated a couple of times a week. But the older residents seem to like it not our bag though. This hotel is quiet and comfortable and tend not to have stag or hen parties staying which is a big plus. Look forward to staying again soon. Thank you Calypso 😊
