酒店的房間，設施都很好，但是checkin counter staff的服務態度非常差 當我向她表示我有2個booking confirmation no. 訂了4間房間, 她回覆我只找到2間房間記錄，態度非常差，丟回我們的passport, 又一手搶去我手上的手機查看我的booking confirmation 最後經過超過半個小時才終於在酒店的system 找到我們4間房間的booking😓

先説優點： 房間空間比較大。 我們住的邊套很安靜，邊套衹有一面牆貼着隔壁房間，這樣就完全聽不到隔壁房間的聲音。有人在走廊説話聽得見，但是他們進房間關門後聽不見説話聲了。樓上沖水聲聽得見，隔音來説屬於酒店裡比較好的。 免費的早餐實惠又滿足需要，早餐時間也開得很早，適合倒時差睡不着的人。 可改進的部分： 連住是每2天打掃一次，如果錯過了打掃時間，可能就要再等2天，因為客房清潔是按排班來的。因為各種時間出入，我們住了5天，一次客房清潔也沒做過。 前台人比較少，明顯忙不過來。需要前台轉達的事，基本轉達不到。 房間設施基本完善，空間管道內有氣，噪音比較大，

Had an amazing stay at Residence Inn! The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds (its on the softer side so you really sink in), perfect for a good night’s rest after a full day of exploring. Most of Calgary’s main attractions are within walking distance, which made getting around super convenient. The hotel also offers self-service laundry, which was a big plus. Washing and drying cost only CAD 3 each, which is very reasonable compared to other places we’ve stayed. Laundry sheets/powder are also available for CAD 4 in the lobby's shop. Parking isn’t free, but that’s expected downtown. You can choose valet service or park in the next building for CAD 30 per night. If you prefer, there’s also street parking and several parkades nearby - both street-level and underground. Overall, highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Calgary!

服務很好 早餐豐富 唯一缺點靠近火車

This was such a beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing. I got there 5 hours before check in just asking for them to hold my bags but they found me a room to check into early which was incredible. They were very accomodating and the room and facilities were beautiful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

酒店包了早餐，有窩夫機可以自製窩夫， 10分有趣嘅體驗，酒店前台職員非常友善房間，有代客泊車需收費但便宜過自己泊車，酒店房雖然有廚房，但沒有焗爐

we had a great experience with our stay. Breakfast was amazing

這家飯店人潮密集，乾淨整潔，位於市中心，提供美味的自助早餐。步行或搭乘大眾運輸工具前往卡加利市中心各處都很方便。飯店設施比較簡陋。飯店設有車庫停車位，但價格非常昂貴，因為飯店本身並不擁有或管理任何停車位。前台工作人員態度友好，但對飯店設施或停車服務不太了解。

Besides the location, there is nothing that I enjoyed about my stay. The bed is uneven and lumpy, making it hard to fall asleep. The kettle and hair dryer are super old and hard to turn on. Cleaning team cleared up bath mat and forgot to replace it, let alone there was still hair after room cleaning. Some staff are friendly, but the reception is literally always so busy you’d have to line up to talk to them.

房間很大很乾淨，床很軟很高，酒店早餐很好吃，酒店有廚房有洗碗機但沒有焗爐，附近很近5分鐘車程有超市。
