卡拉德公寓式飯店(Apartamentos Cala d'Or Playa)

Estuve este año, en julio, en este maravilloso hotel y todo fue fantástico, pero tengo que destacar sobre todo el equipo de animación, Chocolate, Ángela, Mateo, Shamira y Blanca. Ellos hicieron que mi pequeño se lo pasara en grande con tan diversas actividades. siempre tan atentos y agradables con los niños, y los adultos también lo pasamos genial. Los shows nocturnos son geniales y muy entretenidos. Sin duda volvería a repetir otro año. Muchas gracias por tan agradable estancia.

Nous sommes restés 4 jours et nous avons passé!un super séjour. Le personnel est au top que ce soit les serveurs, les animateurs, la réception ou l’entretien. Le buffet (petit déjeuner/dîner) est parfait pour une famille, très bon rapport qualité/prix. La chambre est sommaire mais la literie est excellente. Les animations en soirée sont géniales. C’était parfait pour nous. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!

Il team di entertainment è TOP! Gli show serali sono sempre diversi e bellissimi, sia per i bimbi di tutte le età sia per i genitori! Il nostro bimbo ha adorato il castello gonfiabile ogni sera e la mini disco animata dal team! Molto coinvolgenti tutte le attività organizzate dal team durante tutta la giornata: il coccodrillo-passerella in piscina, le partite di water polo, le enormi sfere per camminare sull’acqua, i vari giochi per bimbi, e molto altro. Torneremo sicuramente presto sia per l’hotel ma soprattutto perché ci sono Angela, Blanca, Shamira, Alex e Chocolate boy! Ottimo per famiglie con bambini. Struttura ottima, appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto, 2 grandi scivoli in piscina che piacciono anche agli adulti. Location perfetta, immersa nel verde e vicino alla bellissima Cala Esmeralda e alla Cala Gran.

Muy buenas vacaciones en este hotel, todo muy limpio, personal muy bueno. El equipo de animación es el corazón de este hotel, Ángela y chocolate son los mejores! Volveremos muy pronto, gracias a todos. En general es un hotel muy recomendable.

We zijn voor de t****e keer hier naartoe geweest. Het zwembad voor kinderen is pas vernieuwd en heel erg mooi geworden. Eet buffet is prima en iedere dag afwisselend. Ook de animatie is leuk en bij chocolate van de animatie kun je terecht als er iets geregeld moet worden. De eerste avonden kwam het springkussen vrij laat om 20.30, dat was voor de kleine kinderen te laat. Dit aangegeven en toen werd het springkussen opgezet rond 19.00 tijdens het eten en hadden de kleine kinderen de tijd van hun leven erg leuk. Ondanks de Corona voelde we ons erg op ons gemak en hoefde we alleen ons mondkapje op als we naar het buffet gingen en in binnen ruimtes. Ook de ligging is perfect, vlakbij op loopafstand zitten heel leuke baaitjes die ideaal zijn met kleine kinderen. Het personeel is ook allemaal erg aardig en daardoor voelt het heel vertrouwd. Het is echt een aanrader. Het is wel meer waard dan de 3 sterren die ze krijgen. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Kijk niet verder maar boek dit hotel! Juul

Great apartments, clean and fresh with great slides for children. Chicken tenders by the poolside restaurant were very nice.

This hotel is superb! Nice location with short walk to beach, restaurants and bars however the animation team are second to none! They take the time and effort to go above and beyond for every child, ensuring everybody has an amazing time. Despite this they also put on great evening shows which are far superior to shows we’ve seen at bigger resorts. They really make this place!

This is our 4th time visiting this hotel since 2018 and needles to say it didn’t disappoint yet again. The rooms and hotel were spotless as usual and you always see staff buzzing around cleaning everywhere/everything throughout the day. Only thing that has changed in relation to housekeeping is towels are only changed on housekeeping days which is every other day now. I never realised and threw all our towels into the shower🤦🏻‍♀️ This was quickly resolved and you could request fresh towels at any time between cleans. This was our first year experiencing the pool slides and they are a very welcome addition! Be aware these are closed for 30-60minutes for the life guard to have their lunch. The pool itself is very clean and there were always available sun beds although I’m not sure if this would be the case during the height of the summer holidays. As usual people do leave their towels all day and although there are signs up stating this isn’t allowed- it’s difficult for staff to monitor this. I witnessed people (not staff) move guest towels claiming the beds had been left for a long period of time…..only to see that these poor people had left their towels to use their pool and all their belongings had been thrown onto a random chair! The entertainment team were fantastic and went out of their way to keep the kids happy and entertained through the day and night. They are always saying hello whenever they pass and work extremely hard. They bring additional evening entertainment into the hotel on the evenings that the staff are having a well deserved day off- this was painful to the ears and certainly not worth the watch! We went half board as it cost us less for half board than self catering(?!) The breakfast was lovely and fresh every day. Fresh coke omelettes were available daily. The evening meals were different every night but I wasn’t too keen on the food in the evening. It was easier for us with 3 young children but I think we will go self catering next time. Overall we had an amazing holiday yet again And will be sure to be returning

Visited for 5 days mid July. It was our daughters birthday and our wedding anniversary which we had mentioned when booking and we got Prosecco and treats for my daughter in the room which was a lovely touch. We had a superior room over looking the pool and couldn’t fault it. Comfy bed, and a Nespresso machine which was good as we took our own pods or you can buy them from reception. We got there at 11am and could check into our room straight away which was great for a shorter stay. We also kept our room on the last day til 2pm with being repeat guests. The entertainment as usual is very good for families and the Neon pool party which just fell on the same night as my daughters birthday was fantastic! She loved swimming in the pool at night and jumping through a neon hoop. The kids were given glow sticks. There was a bouncy castle on sone nights and great games played with the kids at the mini disco. Also a parrot show with very clever parrots! My daughter absolutely loved all of this and it’s a strength of this hotel to provide such good entertainment. Because the restaurant has open air covered seating we could finish our meal whilst she had fun. We went half board and this is the area where the hotel just lost a star for me. We also visited in 2014 and 2021 and felt that the variety and quality of food had slipped slightly. Breakfasts the bread choice was quite basic, good enough but there used to be delicious large baguettes to cut up and big hot croissants to eat. I don’t think this is the hotels fault but rather comes down to those people who decide to make themselves packed lunches from the breakfast buffet. There were leaflets on every table warning against doing this and that it would be classed as shop lifting which is fair enough. Evening meals again most likely reflect the price paid but we did have some nice paella. Lastly sunbed reserving has reached a new height and umbrellas are in short supply. We enjoyed our stay.
