波恩利麗晶旅館(Regent Guest House)

Es ist das Geld nicht wert , sehr laut , keine frischen Handtücher , ungepflegtes Erscheinungsbild des Hotels ( Zimmer) sehr eng keinen Schrank für Kleidung , Bad Dusche veraltet oder nicht gepflegt Boden dreckig hat geklebt vor Schmutz, Küchen Abteil sehr schmutzig und verbraucht ...... mangelhaft nicht zu empfehlen

Well I’ve stayed in some pretty cheap £50 hotels but my god this place either needs an insurance job doing on it or shutting the place down immediately!! Absolutely disgusting isn’t the word! Drunk people on corridor till 2 o clock in the morning blasting music, drunk people arguing outside in the smoking area threatening the staff member, then 6am people bringing stuff up off there throat for about half an hour in the shared bathroom, walls are like paper also, and 8am hits and the music of a speaker starts blasting the building down again! Tried sticking me in a room where the tv had been stolen a few days before and a cuboard with no draws in the Cuboard.. please stay in your car than waste money on this place I am not over exaggerating when I say this place is disgusting the pillows stink and I tried to sleep with my coat over my pillow, I believe they house homeless people there also which isn’t a problem but the type of people they do house there are a massive problem! I don’t know how I try and get a refund back probably won’t, the building looks like your about to enter a jail with black bars and about 20cctv cameras around the building.

Very unhygienic, very uncomfortable to sleep on especially mattress so we turned it around but there were stains on other side of mattress overall dirty. Not very impressed would want a refund if I’m honest.

Literally walked in to a junkie sat on the floor rattling

Booked this place last minute as our other hotel got cancelled the day before we was due to travel! Do not waste your money!! We paid £180 for a room for 3 people and it was awful! Dirty, damp and dusty! The room had not been cleaned and was smelt of urine and damp. The bathroom was a nightmare, you would not want to get a shower in there thats for sure! It also had a broken sink that was leaking water everywhere. Honestly I would avoid this place at all costs!

We wasn't expecting high standards cheap room to get head down is all we needed . The photos are nothing like the photos to start .outside looked OK compared to the surrounding area but we didn't know if the bars on the windows and many cameras was a good thing or bad when arriving. We was greeted and shown how to wrk the locks ect no issues there .rooms was standard communal kitchen and areas was run down and dirty. But the main issue was when we arrived back from our event our door was open and two bottles of vodka had been stolen from our room! We rang the managup and they said they would check the cameras as there is many facing everyones doors rooms hallway ect.they said they told next door to leave as there was many ppl in the room causing noise and possibly them that had been in. After they left next doors door was open and it looked as the guest was living there not an overnight stay like us.about 4am I heard them shouting and returning back to the room .we did not feel safe at all and still no response from the team on who broke into our room !
