伯班克 - 好萊塢阿瑪諾拉飯店(Hotel Amarano Burbank-Hollywood)

We loved the location and availability of restaurants as Star Bucks is across the street and a local grocery store was in the same area making walking an option.The hotel was decorated for Chris**as and new years and had some family areas in the small lobby. Staff were available to hold our luggage safely in the lobby, while we went on our excursions and wait for our transportation to the train station. We enjoyed the hotel and they were very accommodating to my down allergies.

The property was near the Warner Bros Lot and close to tons of cool restaurants in Burbank and Toluca Lake. The staff was great but the amenities were a little less than other hotels in the area. The included breakfast was mini pastries, bagels, tea and coffee. And the TV had limited channels and had no ability to stream/mirror from a phone.

I stayed 2 nights then came back for a 3rd! I love the rooms and the convenience of the location. So close to all the freeways and just a few minutes away from great restaurants. The pool and hot tub are lovely and the gym is also nice. I used all the amenities (I’m that kind of guest). The service was great and I always ask for hott water to make tea and they would promptly deliver it to my room. Highly recommend this hotel, it’s a hidden gem in my opinion.

The Amarano is a great little boutique hotel. Its location is great for access to freeways. Physically it is a little tired, but it has an absolutely charming bar and restaurant just off the lobby with great food and that makes up for all its shortcomings in other areas!❤️

Mixture of good and bad points. Our hotel room was clean & over all pretty cozy, we had plenty of space for us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The bartender was friendly & gave us some tips for when we were going to visit Universal. Our room was mostly quiet, we were semi near the front entrance, so I did end up waking up once both nights to the sound of someone's rather loud car idling at the front door for an extended period of time. The room patio didn't look well-tended to, but maybe not that many people spend time out there. I liked the shower in our room & the toiletries in the bathroom weren't bad although the face wash bar they have wasn't the greatest and drying to the skin. For how expensive this hotel is compared to other hotels even before the extra per day hotel fee you would think the breakfast, they offered would be a bit better. It was pretty bland and basically just bread products (bagels, mini muffins, mini pastry things, yogurt and oranges/apples) at least the first day of our stay they had three bagel flavors but the second day they only had plain bagels out. Aside from coffee there was no juice or even milk for the non-coffee drinkers and children. One of the families who were there at the same time as us had asked if they had milk for their little ones and were told it would be an extra charge. Didn't really feel like a very family friendly hotel more of a business hotel.

Overall this was a really good stay. I assume this was originally an apar**ent building that got converted (?) and they did a nice job overall - stylish decor, thematic to Hollywood but without being cheesy, etc. And while I was concerned that my room was just about the front entrance (/the main street), it was actually very quiet - I didn't hear any noise. My biggest complaint was just the $40 resort/recreation fee (or whatever they called it), which ostensibly included use of the pool and a complimentary breakfast. Neither was worth $40 (the continental breakfast had almost no source of protein), but even still, not a reason not to come back. Staff was friendly and even accommodated a later check out.

We stayed 2 nights they didn’t change the towels I called costumer service if we can get a clean towels she said right away we waited until the next day no body came and gave us a clean towels.
