河別墅大飯店(Lodge on the River)

Bon emplacement Par contre j'avais demandé dans les demandes particulières d'avoir une chambre avec réfrigérateur, pour y mettre un traitement médical, à notre arrivée à 21h notre chambre n'en possédait pas. La personne à l'accueil a été très gentille elle nous a changé de chambre. Mais elle nous a dit n'avoir jamais reçu notre demande. Hors j'ai reçu une réponse me disant qu'ils feraient de leur mieux. De qui est la réponse ?

Highly recommend this place for any family trip. Close to shopping centers and river entrance. Quick and Easy check in. Very clean except I got a room that bed was undone and there was still a used coffee cup on table. They fixed the problem right away and gave me a different room so I was happy about that. Everything else was perfect. If you do t have a fridge or microwave just ask for one they will find one for you. They do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.I will be booking with them in the future instead of a ****** o Lu because I don’t have to wait a long time to check in or go up or down the elevator like at the ******s. Thanks everyone here for an awesome stay

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. The people were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Really like the room and the view and there was absolutely no drama or anything to worry about at this hotel. I’ll definitely stay here from now on when I come to Bullhead.

This place isn’t frilly, but it’s clean and quiet. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Our TV did not work during our stay, it was missing a cable, but it wasn’t missed much since we were busy. The room is clean and comfortable. The bed is just right and the A/C was perfect! The last place we stayed had no air! This will be our Bullhead go-to place.

It is an older property, but our room was very clean. There was no trash can in the room. We could never get the television to work. The television could not receive live TV and at the top of the screen, there was the caption "Family Room TV," which indicates it had a prior life as someone's personal television. The pillows were very thin. The night clerk was friendly, courteous, and helpful. All we wanted was a place to sleep for the night and the Lodge on the River served that purpose, plus we got a good rate booking the room through *******. The room was also convenient to restaurants in Bullhead City and very close to the resort city of Laughlin, Nevada.

El cuarto estaba muy limpio solo algunos detalles como el refrigerador no serbia, el detector de humo estaba en su lugar pero no tenia pilas que incluso la tapadera donde van las pilas estaba abierta. La parte de enfrente del sink se mira que se está cayendo. Alomejor no se puede exigir más por el precio que pagamos pero aun asi por lo menos si dicen que lo ofrecen lo deberían dar. No tienen máquina de hielo y si preguntas en la recepción te venden una bolsa pequeña de hielo por $5, que se supone que te lo deberian de dar sin costo porque ya eres cliente.

Staff and service was super good! But non smoking room had cigarette smell and toilet seats were burnt from cigarettes… tub was a bit dirty. I thought it was too much for the 100 dllr security hold! Not even the bellagio in vegas ask’s for that amount 🙂

Bad service,the rooms are really old “”need to remodel this rooms and upgrade !!! My bathroom door didn’t close,my microwave didn’t heat up,,no phone in rooms😣towels were stained‘didn’t get no service in my room while I was there!!!on top of this pool side it’s really bad,the floors are dangerous,stones are coming off,can’t walk on them because you can cut yourself,pool it’s really dirty,it had mold,tiles on the side are coming off,also dangerous because kids can cut their selves,the most horrible hotel I’ve been too!
