I had an enjoyable stay. Stanley, Ruth, Bliss, Benard, and their team at the front desk were very welcoming. I was fascinated by how knowledgeable and accommodating mukoma Samuel is. I heard him speaking in a number of languages to a number of guests. I would sit outside just to watch how he would greet, chat with and make people feel at home as they came to, and left the hotel. Vongai, Zanele, Thelma, and Lynn were super helpful in the dining area. Chefs Blessing, Nicole, Kudakwashe and Chef Hove, and colleagues were brilliant in the kitchen. I thoroughly enjoyed the meals they prepared. Minenhle and her colleagues in housekeeping made sure that our rooms were always clean. If I had one thing that I would change, it would be the use of staple pins when marking room numbers on our laundry.
