Hotel is now too old and sinks are blocked, can’t even brush your teeth properly in the bathroom. It really needs some hugs renovations. Wonder where the money goes instead of also developing the hotel. Beds are the same old ones from the Colonial times. A bit sad for such a hotel which was highly praised.

The staff in this hotel are friendly, and very attentive to guests Concerns.

The place is clean and quiet It’s a 5 star for real

The staff here are always amazing, two security gentleman at the door stood out unfortunately I did not not their names. Ever so polite, attentive and helpful The facilities are good, beds are comfortable. Unfortunately my room was on the side where the City Link buses park, this gets very noisy in the morning as they leave their engines running from 6:50am until they depart at 7:30am. Very annoying when trying to get lie in. service was largely excellent, some restaurant staff were excellent as Zimbabwean people always are but I met one lady one morning, who was having a bad day...we discussed it and she sorted herself out. housekeeping staff always left my room with no spare tissue -annoying. I think this should be basic standard that there is always a spare roll of tissues in the bathroom. I had to ask three people before I could get one Overall I would (always do) stay there again because it is easy to get around town from the hotel. I also owe it to the two security gent to go back and get their names so I can thank them by name next time.

There where cockroaches in my room….not realy happy with it but service was great

Terrible hotel The hotel is run down and there were bugs all over and on top of that we got charged $50 of breakfast and we had asked how much it was before and the lady it depends on what l order but there was no order but buffet . We didn’t even eat . Terrible

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are always happy to serve and they very much strive for excellence under the conditions. The reception is very good and efficient. I enjoyed well prepared breakfast, traditional porridge and oats. I would be happy if they can add cow head and legs as part of breakfast. When i arrived the gym had been damaged by the heavy rains. Keep up the standard.

The staff is so polite and friendly. You will love the welcome fruit hamper upon arrival. The hotel is centrally located in town. The rooms are tiled, very clean and spacious. Food is a mix of both traditional and standard modern meals. It is a home away from home. If you are having a conference their conference snacks are well balanced with sugars, meat based snacks, hot beverages and fruits.
