布宜諾斯艾利斯的 3 星級飯店

Considering the expectations that I have for the Ibis brand (an entry/economy level hotel), my experience was great. The check-in process in the front desk was a differential. I was tired and had a few bags, but the person of the staff that received me was really quick and smart. I didn’t write her name down, but she really deserves the compliment! That day, one of the two elevators wasn’t working, but overall infrastructure of the hotel is good and the space of the room that I had was nice. I would return to this hotel, for sure.

You see the hotel incredible on the internet, but the reality is different. It's an old building, which I understand, but the rooms are not amazing, the carpets in the corridors look really dirty, the service is not good at all. The maid was more eager to ask if she better not clean until the next day, you have cockroaches in the room, the shower is very small both at the top and the space. You think the elevator is going to come off and it's very small. The noise is extreme, you can hear everything that happens in the rooms, the Argentines who stay are really noisy, the doors slam shut, it smells bad inside the bedrooms. I asked about the air conditioning and the answer was that due to the current climate they don't turn it on, that they only use the heating if you're cold, I told them that I'm not cold but hot, but I can't use it, they don't have a machine, at least for coffee , breakfast is not included. Really pay a cost for something horrible, dirty and bad service.

酒店的位置很好,服務很不錯,但需要一些修理和更大的維修,在其物理結構上。 WiFi非常壞,一般來說,它滿足客人的需要。

No es un hotel, es practicamente un hostel, la habitacion que nos toco no tenia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de techo y una tecla que accionaba algo parecido a un extractor, habitacion muuuuy caliente, el baño no tiene siquiera una mampara para la ducha por lo que luego de bañ**** si o si hay que pasar un secapiso y llevar el agua hacia la rejilla de desague, el baño tenia una perdida de agua constante por lo que el piso estaba mojado todo el tiempo. Televisor de tubo con video cable, el check out es ANTES DE LAS 10 AM, aclarado en un cartel en la recepcion y tambien en la habitacion. Hay que dejar la llave en recepcion al salir del edificio y solicitarla nuevamente al ingresar. Ubicacion buena, a unas cuadras del obelisco pero ubicado al lado de un ”bar del metal”.

Un hotel estilo boutique de Europa , céntrico, fenomenal las habitaciones, fenomenal el personal, las camas enormes las habitaciones grandes, el desayuno estilo boutique pero muy rico todo. Cuando vuelva a Buenos Aires iré a este hotel y traere a mis clientes. Precio muy bien.

Primeramente, lo más destacable es la cordialidad del personal; son excelentes. El hotel está bien ubicado, a pasos de la 9 de Julio y en una calle que es tranquila a la noche. Por otro lado, en el desayuno, falta fruta y té. En el baño de la habitación, no había secador de pelo, pese a estar el artefacto que lo sostendría... y la puerta del baño estaba hinchada por la humedad y una vez que la cerrabas, era difícil abrirla. Además, pedimos una habitación doble, con cama de dos plazas, pero eran dos camas de una plaza pegadas con abrojos, que se despegaban... Reitero, es destacable la ubicación y la calidad humana del personal, solo faltaría que atiendan a ciertos detalles que hacen a un hotel tres estrellas.
