Considering the expectations that I have for the Ibis brand (an entry/economy level hotel), my experience was great. The check-in process in the front desk was a differential. I was tired and had a few bags, but the person of the staff that received me was really quick and smart. I didn’t write her name down, but she really deserves the compliment! That day, one of the two elevators wasn’t working, but overall infrastructure of the hotel is good and the space of the room that I had was nice. I would return to this hotel, for sure.

Hotel bem localizado, fizemos muitas idas e vindas a pé, achamos as redondezas bem segura. Andamos de taxi também, no local passavam vários e não tivemos problema nenhum. Quando chegamos no quarto, haviam duas camas de solteiro, nós mesmo juntamos e conseguimos dormir dessa forma. O frigobar não gela, é apenas para manter temperatura ambiente. Pegamos o recorde de calor na Argentina em Março/23, graças Deus o ar condicionado estava funcionando perfeitamente, o chuveiro é ótimo, café da manhã é ok, o wifi que não é muito bom. Se você vai fazer passeios, ficar o dia inteiro fora e não pretende ficar muito tempo no hotel, apenas usar para descanso, eu recomendo.

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

Great little hotel. Ok the cons. Two blocks too much into an area that might not feel right with travelers that are not use to big cities like NYC. While the room was clean and well appointed the shower could use a little love. And lastly no coffee in the room. The pros. Great staff. Water bottles and drinks in the room. Room is big and comfortable. The price is right and the location close enough to key areas. Breakfast was good just what you need nothing fancy. I would def stay here again. I would recommend to people as well.

Loved our stay here in May 2023 at this hotel. Great location in the centre of BA, halfway between the Obelisk and Plaza de Mayo. Got early check in after long flight that was very welcome. Bed very comfortable on the 5th floor at back of hotel & v quiet, breakfast was very high continental standard, with great pastries & croissants, always well stocked even at busy times. Reception & Cleaning staff & Breakfast staff very attentive. Also our airport transfers arranged as part of booking very good & on time. Hotel near subway called Sube (you have to buy the card from special newspaper kiosks in BA, then you take it to the station to pay to add money on card). It is an integrated transport system, so you can use the buses and metro with Sube card very cheap & easy to get around. Thank you Hotel 725 & Buenos Aires, lots to see & do and amazing food & drink!

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! This hotel is incredible for the price. The location is perfect, the staff are lovely and the rooms are modern and spacious. We got an upgrade and had a beautiful view of the palace from our window. Staff were lovely and remembered our orders at breakfast. Cleaners were amazing too. Highly recommend.

Hotel com excelente custo benefício. Localização muito boa! Por avaliações em sites de hospedagem, pedimos para não ficar no 1º andar e essa é a melhor dica que posso dar. O nosso quarto no 2º andar era bem silencioso! Acho que, de fato, os quartos do 1º andar devem sofrer bastante com o barulho. Oferecem um café da manhã simples que quebra um galho. Indicaria mil vezes.

Excelente ubicación, departamento equipado y muy lindo. Nos quedamos un fin de semana y queda cerca de todo, Barrio chino, bares, restaurantes y parques para los más chicos. Gracias a todos en la recepción por la atención.
