Stay was ok. We were in town for a large BMX racing event at the horse center. One of the elevators was out of service so getting a ride up the 4th floor with bikes and gear was sometimes a little of a wait. Room cleanliness wasn't the best. A few items found from previous guests alongside the beds the house keeping did not clean. Get back early enough to be able to get clean towels, one night we almost didn't get any (because the rooms are not made up each day) Overall it's about what we expected from a budget hotel chain.

The bathroom floor was not clean. There was food in the freezer from a prior visitor. There was an odor in the room like fishermen were in there

I had to pay out of my own pocket due to the name of the hotel changed. The rooms are smoking and stinks of smoke. People were nice but hotel needs major renovations. No hot water for shower and water was brown.

Very old, and in need of primary renovations. The staff members seem to me doing their best, but the 1950's style does not help them much.

I showed up for breakfast well within their breakfast time and they were out of coffee. They said that was it and I could walk across the street and get coffee at “the pit stop” which is a gas station.

We were just driving through and needed a nap before finishing our trip to see our kids in NY. Check in was super easy and quick. The lady at the desk was very friendly.

About what you would expect. Nice but nothing special. One knock - the desk clerk at check in was nice but I had to wait about 2 minutes at check in for her to wrap up a clearly non critical personal phone call on her cell phone before she even said hello - as a former front desk clerk, I can tell you that is unacceptable.

Good stay. Not quit as modern, but clean and friendly staff. Indoor pool and workout facility with a free breakfast is a sure value!
