The stay was largely enjoyable with friendly, attentive staff, good food, and an unbeatable view. However, an issue at the end significantly marred the experience. Prior to our stay, we were assured of a 10% discount on spa treatments through the hotel's official WhatsApp channel. We booked two separate sessions, assuming the offer was in place. Upon checkout, we paid the full bill without closely examining the charges. It was only later that we realised the spa discounts hadn't been applied. When we raised this with the front desk, they informed us that no refunds could be issued. Despite our efforts, we were unable to obtain the promised discount, leaving us disappointed and feeling misled.
