What a wonderful hotel! From the moment I stepped through the door it oozed quality. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful and eager to acknowledge you whenever you were entering/leaving the property and wishing you a good day. The hotel is very central and an easy 15 minute walk to the riverside or alternatively the tram stop is literally round the corner. Our room was very spacious and furnished to a very high standard, comfy bed and modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast selection was varied and of a high quality and bean to cup coffee machines. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would definitely stay here again if returning to the city.

We were 3 couples staying 5 nights. Hotel is just perfect. Check in and out quick and easy. Every single staff member was helpful and polite. Rooms and all areas spotlessly clean and spacious. Great breakfast choice and our days sightseeing were finished in the lobby bar. Great location central to everything. Would highly recommend👌

My wife and I spent 5 fantastic days at the Eurostars Ambassador and it ticked all the boxes for comfort, cleanliness and food. We were sad to leave. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. We had some issues with the air con in our room not working properly but we were quickly given another room so impact was minimal. Our room was quiet, spacious and the 6 foot wide bed was fantastic. The TV had Netflix and YouTube etc so we had plenty to watch after a busy day of sightseeing. As it was our tenth wedding anniversary I had ordered champagne to be delivered to our room at a specific time and it arrived exactly as planned. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options, both hot and cold. There was bacon, sausages, baked beans and scrambled egg. Lots of different juices available and we loved the bread as it was so fresh. Whole milk and English Breakfast Tea meant that we didn’t miss our tea back home. The staff are the crowning jewel in this hotel. Always smiling, helpful and professional. Special mention to Khan and Nawaz as well as everyone else. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. This is a fantastic hotel and a credit to the Eurostars chain.

Hotel nuevo bien ubicado, habitaciones limpias y perfectamente insonorizadas, desayuno correcto. Pero : en la web pone que en recepción hablan español y SOLO habla español el gerente con el que coincidimos un momento en 7 dias de estancia. Hay que apoy**** en l@s camarer@s , porque 3 de ellos si lo hablan. No funciona el restaurante para comidas y cenas. Ponía que era esa semana, pero averiguamos que llevan algún tiempo así y no hay solución a la vista. Afortunadamente hay buen servicio de restauración en la zona. Personal de habitaciones poco entrenado (nos encontramos toallas de salida de la ducha en el toallero de la cara varias veces).
