我在這裏住了一個旅遊的一部分,雖然房間很舒服,但我認爲兩個晚上足夠了。我設法在洗澡時洪水淹沒了浴室,我不知道淋浴面板是如何到位的,似乎他們希望因爲他們是浴室地板中間的排水溝。不幸的是,我沒有預見到這一點,最後我得到了我留在地板上浸泡的毛巾和衣服。之後我堅持洗澡!早餐也不太好,食物還可以,相當標準,但他們顯然無法應付入住酒店的客人數量。兩個早晨都很難找到地方坐下來,或者找到乾淨的盤子,杯子等。牀很舒服,睡得很好。wi-fi很好。這也是我住的第一個有水壺的酒店。提供茶包和咖啡,但沒有牛奶。但是房間裏有冰箱,可以自己買,然後存放在那裏。這家酒店的位置步行約30分鐘到老城區。總體來說相當標準的住宿。

需要付錢使用游泳池，有點奇怪。而且酒店健身房不是同一棟建築，要到另一個地方，而且還要到前台拿卡。真麻煩。酒店的泳池餐廳東西難吃。

The hotel is situated a few metres from the Gara de Nord railways station and underground station, so it is very easy to reach. The check-in procedure was fast, room clean with a large bed, toilet, shower, TV set, hairdryer etc. The door is card-operated, mine unfortunately didn´t work properly, so I had to go to the reception desk twice but the girl was really helpful. Breakfast is served in the adjacent building from 7 .00 to 10.30, quite a good range of things to choose from. Wi-fi connection strong and stable. Next time in Bucharest I will definitely try to get a room here again.

Is a good vibe, Close to public transport, accommodation is not bad but is room for improvements, food and drinks are what you expect , price wise decent, service is perfect and thanks to Laurentiu for amazing service and food recommendations. Top service! Overall more than decent!

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giornate a Bucarest. Naturalmente oltre al giro Della città, non potevamo fare un commento sull'hotel che ci ha ospitato. Un hotel pulitissimo e stiamo parlando di un tre stelle, personale gentile e cortese, che ci ha consigliato nei transfert dall'aeroporto all'albergo e viceversa e nei vari punti da visitare. Un albergo che consigo considerato la sua posizione a pochissimi metri dalla metrò.

I had cancelled my initial reservation and they still charged full price. I contacted them and they said it’s not them it’s Booking com (who said it’s not them of course…) Poor customer service and no reimbursement (lost 100% of money reservation) in between this hotel and *********** site. Will not return or recommend to friends/families. Be careful or better avoid this hotel altogher. Also double check your Booking com reservations to avoid possible issue (booking com was really terrible svs as well).

訪訪客Ultra luxurious! The room feel as luxurious as Belmond hotel which is my favourite hotel. The decor in the room is lovely. Bathrooms look brand new with luxurious hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. They smell divine! Breakfast is good, as you'd expect in a 5 star hotel. Lots of options from hot breakfasts with omelettes and waffles to cold meats, salad, fruits. I've stayed in many hotels in Bucharest, including Radisson Blu hotel, which is a good hotel. This is by far superior.

訪訪客Great service. From parking the car, to the welcome drink, to carrying up the luggage, all great. Rooms are well equipped, with a well stocked mini bar. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Wifi runs very well and stable. Nice bathroom. As I didn't eat there, I can't speak about the quality of the food, but I think it won't be bad. My favourite for Bucharest since February this year.

訪訪客When i got there, I was told I was too early (fair enough, check-in is from 2 pm and i got there around 11.30) I had sort of anticipated this, so thought i would just kill some time at the skybar which supposedly has a great view - but much to my surprise, I was told the skybar was closed, only open for breakfast. Must be the biggest attraction of the hotel, and in their wisdom, they close it! So instead, I took a walk heading towards the parliament building which is preety close by. When i returned a while later, room was now ready but oh by the way, the lift doesnt work! So i now had to carry luggage up the fire exit staircase (room was on 4th floor). Very narrow and poorly lit, so if you have trouble walking - good luck. Just hope you dont meet somebody coming down - passing them will be a challenge :-) Reception said lift would be fixed in a day or two!! So i made it to the room and cannot really decide what to think of it. On the one hand, it was spotlessly clean and looked very new and modern but on the other hand: No coffee / tea, There was a minibar with some wine and soft drinks but no beer,No glasses to be found anywhere (so I guess, just drink the wine from the bottle),WiFi works but not very stable - keeps dropping out. At breakfast, the skybar was now open - 2 people in front of me for the coffee machine which was quite slow - turned out they were not guests - but the breakfast room staff!. When they finally had their coffee they went straigth out onto the open terrasse for a cigarette (very small outdoor terrase and the staff now occupied 1/3 of it) and started chatting quite loudly - so terrasse is just as much for the staff - not the guests only. And really - if staff of any kind of establishment wants to have a loud discussion, do so away from the guests!! Breakfast was very poor - quite frankly pathetic! - some dry toast bread, a little bit of cheese and some slices of what looked like ham/salami - nothing warm like e.g. eggs (of course the staff were busy out on the terrasse smoking and having a loud conversation). Definately not worth any money at all - instead head out for one of the many cafes very close by. The lobby has what looks like a bar, but all they sell is coffee. Big surprise to me when late afternoon after a long walk i came back, asked for a cold beer and was told they didnt have any!! You can have some wine from the minibar, but you cant have a beer anywhere. The day of departure i waited a little in the lobby for my taxi to the airport. Need to use a bathroom?? Too bad - just like the lift, out of order. This would be fixed ”in a day or 2” so clearly not a priority for this place. Wifi, although it did work in the room - no luck in the lobby - could not connect at all. The guy in the lobby was nice enough but most of the time you will find him outside, having a smoke. All in all, extremely dissapointed with this place. Wish i had gone back to Hello Hotel instead - breakfast much much better, you can

訪訪客I have been coming to this hotel in Bucharest for many years, due to its welcoming staff, clean and cosy rooms, excellent location and breakfast. However, this evening has been a first, because of an incident because of which I found myself in front of the reception desk, but without a room. Luckily, Mr. Popescu, the reception desk member of staff, has been most helpful and managed to provide a room. Not only that, but given my history with this hotel, which he recognised and respected, he gave me the best room possible. Thank you, Mr. Popescu, thank you, Mercure Bucharest City Center Hotel🙏.

訪訪客这家酒店有点棘手。不要预订普通房间，因为他们很累，床看起来又湿又旧。他们需要在房间外面的地毯上做一些内部工作。只呆在套房里，因为他们很棒。但是高级房和普通房不是我喜欢的，有点郁闷。但是我在布加勒斯特的任何时候都会住在这家酒店，但只会住在糖果店和工作室，而不是通常看起来很累的酒店房间。这家酒店/公寓酒店的主要好处之一是它有一个很棒的热水浴缸/按摩浴缸，而且它就在健身房的隔壁，您只需登录即可。我喜欢热水浴缸，尤其喜欢游泳池在 12 月中旬，一切都冻结了。每当我访问布加勒斯特时，我都会住在这里。餐厅的食物还可以，物有所值，服务也不错。此外，前台的女士们非常乐于助人和乐于助人。

訪訪客Bien situé à l'intersection d'Eminescu et de Dacia. C'est dans un immeuble relativement récent que nous avons trouvé notre grand appartement au 6eme etage composé de 3 pièces dont deux chambres. Des rideaux occultants seraient utiles pour ne pas être réveillé par le soleil levant. Équipé de 2 WC dont un séparé. La salle de bain est correct; sèche cheveux poussif. La literie mériterait d'être changée; une simple plaque de mousse sur un matelas n'est pas un surmatelas! La cuisine est équipée minimaliste, mais comme les restaurants ne sont pas chers, nous n'en n'avons pas eu l'utilité. Seul véritable bémol, l'absence de contact le soir en cas d'urgence... Excellent rapport qualité/prix
