房間清潔,地點近老城區,前身為銀行,地庫有一酒吧前身是保險庫很有特色,自助早歺多樣化還可以按歺牌點些特點. 值得推薦😊

很不錯的房間，早餐特別豐盛。

Stayed for 3 nights in early September 2025. The hotel is located near the old town which is very convenient for sightseeing, as most of the places are within walking distance. It is refurbished from an old bank and retains the charm of the former building including a nice lobby which was previously the banking hall. They also have a vault with a bar within. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities including a safebox. They have USB charger built in as well. Wifi was fast. The hotel also does have a swimming pool in the basement with wet and dry sauna facilities. The old town is right behind the hotel. Staff were professional and I managed to have slightly early check in thanks to a trainee lady (I did not catch the name) who took time to helped look for available room.

Comfortable stay in a great location. It has fantastic facilities and the pool and spa is a relaxing spot. The bars and restaurants are also recommended and unique 👌

地理位置優越，酒店相對較新，房間也經過翻新。早餐很一般：早餐室真的很窄...看起來像食堂，而不是五星級飯店。漂亮的大廳（值得在大廳享用點菜早餐）。服務很差，員工漠不關心，甚至對最簡單的要求也粗魯且傲慢（對於我們對服務差的投訴，他們的回應是寫評論，然後您就可以離開）。唯一樂於助人且微笑的人是入口處的門衛拉杜 (Radu)。 它不是一個五星級的酒店（也許在羅馬尼亞的排名中是五星級的），尤其是服務......很遺憾，因為 Autograph Collection 在意大利和其他國家是一個非常受人尊敬的品牌。

素晴らしいホテルですが、残念なことにスタッフは愛想もありませんし、特別親切でもありません。ただ割り切って素晴らしいホテルに泊まりたい方にはお勧めします。

Hotel bardzo ładny. Wspaniałe śniadanie. Pokoje trochę małe.

Location is within the Old Town. King Gold bedroom is not that big, just enough for 2 persons. No onsite parking. Receptionist charged me twice on my card on my reservation despite prepaying it here in trip.com. I was the one who detected it after I reviewed my invoice after check out. I Will need to wait few days or weeks before my money gets back or refunded.
