不能更滿意了。小眾酒店，有設計有質量，位置在市中心離主要景點都是走路距離，對麪是排隊一小時的華夫店，晚上走過去不排隊就能吃上。讓我對他家上海的酒店也充滿期待。

We stayed on a Saturday to Monday in June, reception staff let us check in just after 11:30am which was really nice. The room was great and spacious, bed very comfy and large, air con worked perfectly for a hot weekend, the shower was amazing and good power, also the lovely L’Occitane products!! The hotel is modern and clean, good breakfast, lovely lounging bar area outside - although expensive, the espresso martini was a good one and I enjoyed the club sandwich. A couple of times our vodka was forgotten & we were just given soft drinks but they sorted it at the bar, a shame that the cheaper vodka brands were all gone though.. Louise is a good area and also not a far walk to the main grand place central area too. Our favourite restaurant nearby was colonel steakhouse, there are also lots of shops and bars. I wish we stayed more than 2 nights. If we return to Brussels we would definitely stay here again thank you!

Location was good, room size is perfect for our small family. Love the services that the hotel provides, super fast and efficient, and fuss free. Hotel even provide lounge area, where hotel guests can go there for a small drink and some appetiser for free. I think every hotel should have such service provided, it is just super nice and welcoming back to the hotel. When we were there, it was raining and hotel staff was even offering us in house umbrella for us to use, and we returned it once we are back at the hotel. Room was a tab bit dark at some corners, but otherwise all is good. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Brussels.

The room size was OK. I was in a Deluxe room on the 2nd floor with balcony and view to the inner courtyard. I had specifically asked for a quiet room on a higher floor (arrival was on a Friday, stayed until Sunday). During both nights there were festivities going on in the hotel (first a bachelor party and the next night the wedding). The noise (music, etc.) in the evening and during the night was unacceptable for such a high standard hotel. Even when the windows were closed, the noise was clearly audible. Around midnight I went to the reception to complain - both nights. I was told that this event would go on until at least 3 a.m. I was offered to move to another room - but I did not accept that, since I expected to be disturbed by the noise in most rooms. I was told that at my check-out a manager would be available to take in person my complaint - which, of course did not happen. On Saturday after lunch I wanted to have coffee/cake with a friend in the hotel restaurant/terrace. It took the waiter almost 20 minutes to come and take our order. When arriving at our table, he just told us that there is a QR code which we need to scan in to see the menu. We did not place an order and left - very disappointing experience! Another issue was that I was travelling alone and was put in a room with connecting doors, which I believe is not suitable for solo travellers, esp. for females. I informed the hotel about all the above and received only very poor replies. The noise situation has to be improved - if a hotel does not have suitable rooms for parties, then don't rent them out when you have paying guests who at least want to sleep at midnight.

住了三個晚上,住得很愉快,唯一的問題是電梯在早上不工作,我本來要退房的,但除此之外,這家酒店是烈士廣場市中心的一個隱藏的寶石。Rogier站距離購物中心僅有幾分鐘的步行路程,可搭乘機場巴士、火車和地鐵。我特意選擇了朱莉安娜,因爲這家酒店有游泳池和健康設施,有迷你健身房,布魯塞爾沒有很多酒店有游泳池。我要求的房間是一間安靜的房間,位於高樓層,遠離電梯,306房間。很舒服,但要注意,大頂窗帶了很多光線,需要要求把它關閉,否則會很輕。提供米爾頓布朗的洗浴用品真是太好了,我喜歡提供的Nespresso風格咖啡和茶。客房服務很有幫助,我在浴室的盆裏丟了一個耳環,其中一位女士幫助恢復了耳環,所以請她幫忙。游泳池、桑拿房和蒸汽房都很棒,但要注意沒有換洗區,所以直接下地下室準備換洗,穿浴室抽屜裏提供的拖鞋。工作人員非常樂於助人,友好,如果我回到布魯塞爾,我一定會再次入住這裏。

真的很棒,住在這家非常愉快和位置優越的酒店。我們用這個作爲我們乘坐歐洲之星旅行的基地。酒店距離車站步行10分鐘。與所有歐洲主要車站一樣,鄰近地區有點破舊,但我們覺得安全。如果您只是想在搬家時吃快餐或吃早餐,MIDI車站也有一系列驚人的商店可供選擇。酒店很乾淨,空調很棒,因爲這是兩個烘烤38度的日子!唯一的小批評是毛巾對於現代酒店來說非常小,女僕服務往往很晚(雖然我們在頂樓,所以可能是最後的!)和早餐非常昂貴(但看到前面的評論)沒有一個影響我的得分。

我們到達了位於布魯塞爾米迪的歐洲之星,一開始對布魯塞爾沒有很好的印象(注意自己,下次乘地鐵或地面火車(操作員IC)到布魯塞爾中心,從小山下步行五分鐘就可以到達布魯塞爾中心諾富特酒店。我們終於找到了酒店,離主廣場(Grote Markt)200碼遠。當我們到達接待處時,真是一個可愛的歡迎。接待員非常可愛,如此友好和熱情。令人尷尬的是,他們的英語非常好。餐廳員工也非常熱情,他們在需要時給予了適當的關注,他們也很棒。早餐廚師也定期出來,把食物頂起來,這很好看。客房部很棒,一天早上客房服務助理實際上意識到我們吃早餐了,當我們不吃早餐時,我們的房間就收拾好了。位置-這家酒店的位置再好不過了。大廣場距離200碼遠,中央車站步行五分鐘(如果這樣的話)上一座小山。總結-我會毫不猶豫地呆在諾富特(Grand Place)酒店,將來訪問時不會猶豫。一家設備齊全,位置優越,員工非常友好。來自貿易,我們感謝工作人員所做的一切努力,並非常感謝他們讓我們的住宿如此受歡迎。

A warm and very clean no-frills hotel close to the centre of Bruges. Great location close to many restaurants and a short walk from the main square. Friendly helpful staff. Basic room layout, plastic sinks etc. but clean and warm. Nice bar and breakfast option. Parking in adjacent underground public car park, with lift access to hotel courtyard. A good city centre option for a short stay.

早餐成人16歐，孩子10歐，沒吃，因為孩子早上吃的少感覺浪費。 酒店附近有飯館，人均六七歐可以吃得不錯！ 我們定的四人家庭間，麪積不算大但住沒問題。 這裏離市政廳和撒尿小童雕像都很近，本身布魯塞爾就不大，去哪裡都方便！ 停車場一車一晚二十歐，如果停在酒店附近縱向車道就是免費的，問問前台工作人員就行。 攜程收取全額擔保金，到店還要支付全款房費，然後再返還，感覺有點不舒服，別的沒問題。

Brilliant one night stay - comfortable, stylish, elegant simplicity. On arrival, a very friendly welcome. I ate dinner and breakfast at KLOK restaurant- an unexpected wonder - worth travelling to Brussels for that meal alone. Breakfast was equally amazing. I highly recommend KLOK. My room was comfortable, very clean, complete. It is a 10-15 minute walk through Stalingrad from Bruxelles Midi. Thank you for a very special experience.

I booked three nights at the hostel, but couldn’t stay there for more than 1 night. The room was unbearably hot (over 30°C), and believe it or not, they didn’t have either AC or a fan in the bedroom. We were sweating like a pig and couldn’t sleep at all. Then I went down to the reception and requested for a fan. The receptionist told me they didn’t have any fans. No towels, no soap, no padlock as courtesy. When I left the hostel, the manager said that I would get a one night refund, so the money would be sent into the same credit card I paid for the 3 nights. Guess what? They’ve never transferred the money into my account. They don’t answer my emails, phone calls… not professional at all. This is definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Stay away from this horrible place.

唯一的優點離Brussel central近 衞生一般，地毯上有不乾淨的碎屑 設施老舊 最值得吐槽的一點，酒店的空調最高衹能調到24度，並且不能關閉，但同時酒店的被子是夏被很薄，真的很冷很冷

Lovely welcome by the receptionist on Tuesday the 31st in the afternoon (sadly not remembering his name. South American?) And little surprise as we checked in that made such a difference. A nice welcome card and a teddy bear to our daughter. Sweet! Location of the hotel is superb and style of lobby and entrance is really lifestyle and modern. Room was spacious, spotless in terms of cleaning and cot was provided as per requested. Lovely toiletries from Rituals in the bathroom. Improvement points: we weren't provided with water in our room, and no water station in the hotel at all. No one explained us facilities of hotel or tried to explain type of breakfast, etc, bed and pillows were uncomfortable, not one herbal tea available in the tea station of the room, their booking system must be so old as communication did not get through the team and had to explain few things over and over again. They took pictures of our passports, which took long and it felt ridiculous the way they rely on a printer that did not seem to work. Must be annoying to the workers in that hotel to deal with. Overall they workload did not give the modern vibe that hotel pretends to.

地理位置特別好！就在布魯塞爾廣場！老闆也很nice，看我們兩個女生來check in就給了我一件雙牀房（雖然衹有我一個人住）還教我們怎麼用吧台的專業咖啡機。房間乾淨整潔，衛生間有一點點舊但是不影響使用。疫情期間酒店的餐廳不對外營業，自己可以點外賣，或者買回來在餐廳吃。整體下來一晚55歐元，很划算。
