Restroom in the room was dirty was not cleaned before we checked in. Show had hair in it and toilet was dirty. Asked them to clean our room next morning and they just made the beds didnt clean restroom or take out trash. Breakfast was horrible not enough food for guest that were there. Beds were comfortable thats about it

The hotel did not have my correct reservation, I booked a two queen room the only room they had available was a King bed one room!

Excelente servicio, limpieza, ubicación, desayuno, se siente uno en casa y sobretodo el trata que nos da el personal

I have stayed here many times before and never had any complaints but the room they put us in this time was gross. The smell was unbelievable. Never again.

I picked this hotel for my boss and he got Bed Bugs from this property and we did not get the funds back.

Bad administration, I paid for my reservation through ******* and when I arrived at the hotel, they asked me for the credit card with which I made my reservation, and they charged me for the room again.

Very clean property. Our biggest disappointment was that after traveling for so many hours to get to the hotel all my family wanted was a hot shower and rest, only to find out the water heater was not working according to the maintenance person, but according to the front desk attendant everyone in the hotel must of been showering at the same time causing a hot water shortage. I find the latter excuse less believable and very disappointing and inconvenient to take a cold shower with very little water pressure. The cleanliness of the hotel didn't make up for no hot water during our stay. For this reason we would not stay at this hotel again.
