The hotel was beyond clean. Staff very courteous and responsive. Children loved the water slide pool and hot tub. The included breakfast was more than one would expect from a serve yourself and very good.

The mattress was in dire need of replacement, woke with a sore back. The sagging is visible upon e tering the room. We stayed for the heated pool, but were unimpressed for the price. No information about checkout times, pool times or amenities in area in room.

Good value for the money. Excellent staff who were very helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast included. Pool and hot tub were a bonus!

Clean, staffs friendly, good mattresses, good higiene products and the pool was clean and the slide super fun. We loved!

Was a quick overnight stay. The AC unit started malfunctioning in middle of night and filling the room with smoke. Luckily the window opened and we were able to let fresh air into the room and not relocate our 4 kids in the middle of the night. However more than a little concerning that the fire alarms didn’t trigger. Brought the problem to receptions attention at checkout and was discounted $20 for our inconvenience. Hate to know how bad things have to get for a $50 discount.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fantastic.

Really impressed with this property. Great breakfast. Also, Tricia had the pool open early, knowing it would get crowded (long weekend). This gave us, and a couple others, a great chance to enjoy the waterslide & pool, and make the most of our morning. Really appeciated.

Amenities in hotel were excellent. But the hotel seems very old. The carpet in the room was quite worn. The room also had a disturbing odour. It was like a very cheap cleaner. The smell was quite strong and not pleasant at all

Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Room fit 6 people which was so convinient for the famiky with kids. Kids also enjoyed pool and jacuzzi It.s also 20 mins drive to Lake. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.
