No pool, closed for maintenance not told when checking in. Beds were hard and pillows were suffocating!!
Asked for money back but they said we could get our refund from *******.

I booked hotel for the concert this weekend, I ended up have to cancel on Friday when my check in was Saturday due to grandmother pass way on Friday Unexpectedly, then for me not even stay there I was charge 235 dollars because I didn’t get to cancel within 48 hours I try change the dates to visit a different time, I understand fee of like 50 dollars but 235 dollars is outrageous. I am really disappointed with whole experience with this

The bedbug bites I got were unexpected. It looks like a nice place, but it was clear that cleaning, in the room, was only done to remove obvious messes. Glasses, in the cupboard, were dirty. There was soap that hadn't been even rinsed out of the shower. I would not suggest staying here.

Nice rooms, quiet place, but I would like to see a folding luggage rack in the room for my suitcase and maybe a coatrack on the wall when you walk into the room. Everything else was really great. Thank you for having gluten free breakfast options! It would also be nice to have tea/coffee available all day.
