"When we stopped our king room was downgraded to a double queen. Our bathroom floor was gross and not clean. The coffee maker still had a dirty pod in it. We stayed for 3 days. It never got cleaned or fresh towels. Then we found the previous room keys in our room. Very disappointed as we have stayed there 3 times before."
