非常喜歡這飯店風格，很有味道。早餐特別好吃，非常適合放鬆渡假。這次去跑了當地馬拉松，飯店也非常支持及離完賽點也非常近，整體體驗很棒

家庭旅行，地方便利，服務上乘！房間寬敞，有暖氣，牙刷、拖鞋需要自己帶。免費的礦泉水很好喝，免費寄存行李！

房間有點老舊和小，並且有一部分房型是沒有電梯的，拿行李就會很吃力。一進到房間內部有股味道，不是很喜歡。但是位置相當不錯！

酒店就在海邊，看海的話比較方便。酒店本身也很有特色，一樓非常有藝術感。但是新樓沒有電梯，大約是沒有住海景房的，都得自己搬行李。衞生條件一般，淋浴的水很小。

距離老碼頭不遠的精美小酒店。工作人員非常友好且樂於助人。可愛的酒吧和座位，提供自助早餐。 我一定會再次入住並推薦這家酒店。

This hotels frontage echo’s bygone splendour and is perfectly situated on the sea front. However, the hotel is ready for refurb and I certainly wouldn’t stay in the annex again (that’s the bit at the back without a sea view). Out room 254 was not what I expect from a Mercure - we had 2 extra single beds and a tatty sofa chair in our higgledy-piggledy “double” room! However, the staff were excellent, very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was superb and again the restaurant staff were lovely and professional.

Great location, room very clean, good customer service would of given it 5/5 till the last day when one of the staff walked into our room early morning when we were asleep which was unacceptable and then couple of hours later an hour before check out we had another member of staff knocking on the door.

Well located hotel at Brighton and Hove Seafront. Attentive staff, friendly, while checking in. Unfortunately building & rooms are quite old.

Lovely hotel. Only stayed for one night so booked a single room. It was compact and perfectly laid out, really comfy, lovely bathroom and very clean. Staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend.
