床鋪用品太差了，環境可以，就是床上用品太陳舊了，建議備新，性價比不高

連三星級酒店都算不上。。 1-去酒店的方法很差，您必須等待第一次生活，然後乘電梯到您的房間！ 2 - 沒有洗漱用品，你必須一次又一次地打電話詢問你想要什麼。房間裡只提供洗髮水和護髮素.. 3-v 互聯網服務差。如果你住在這裡忘了 WiFi 吧。他們的互聯網連接很差，當你抱怨時，他們說由於很多用戶，互聯網速度很慢。 4-房間條件還可以。不是根據五星級酒店。

The best ever hotel we have stayed . Very very near to makkah sharif .so happy because room was tidy and we able to do our prayers well .and overall we enjoyed our stay.plan to come again

Good world class hotel, near to haram, no direct lifts and old furniture.

Never saw such disgusting hotel. Everything which we class as normal service was missing. The rooms were smelling, toilette was smelling disgusting. Room service has to be called and they dont clean the room just put the towel and straighten the bed sheets and that is called as room service. Breakfast was terrible, no real meal and the dishes were not cooked properly and there was not much of choice and two to three dishes from main course remained same throughout our stay. i will never stay in this hotel again.

I arrived at hotel in night at 11 pm. The reception man said that check out time for me is 2:00 pm. Next day before checking out I ask the reception lady and she said maximum 1:00 pm. I went for prayer and came back few minutes before 1:00 and try to open the room door. It did not open. Went back again to reception and after arguments the room door opened. Very uncourteous staff.

This hotel is located nearby/side to side with Clock Tower. You can walk in 1 - 2 minutes to Kaaba and this is the Only positive mark for this Hotel. However, Pullman Zam Zam decoration and rooms design is 20 years back and look old. The management need to fully refurbished this hotel to look relevant as 5 stars Hotel. No receptionist will call answer your phone and poor hospitality fron the staff. Otherwise i can said this is Old Hotel and shall not considered this hotel in future.

We reached at hotel @10.30 am we were told that before 2.00pm nothing is available . At the reception there was not enough seating arrangements to sit and wait.At 2.00 we were told room will not be able to 4.00 pm.It was a treble experience after 14 hours flight.

ตอนแรกที่เข้าห้อง แอบมีกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์เล็กน้อย เนื่องจากห้องปูพรม และติดห้องน้ำ ตอนไปเป็นช่วงไฮซีซั่น คึกคักมากค่ะ โดยรวมถือว่าดีทีเดียวค่ะ เชคอิน - เชคเอาท์ รวดเร็วทันใจ
