NRMA明媚假日公園(Nrma Bright Holiday Park)

We have stayed at the park for many years and have always enjoyed it until this year. The amenities and run down, dirty, unfinished and in disrepair. The fans wouldn't work in the camp kitchen and the doors would slide open due to the amount of dirt in the tracks. The floor hadn't been sweep or mopped in days. There is no lighting at night time if walking back from the street. The poleholes are the size of craters, our cabin sliding doors wouldn't slide or lock, the curtains were filthy and falling off the rail. There was mould inside and outside of the shower and on the blinds, there's a large crack in the bathroom basin. The fan switches don't have knobs to turn them on safely, the security light didn't work. Management were extremely unpleasant and rude. Great location but unfortunately this park has declined a lot in the last couple of years and extremely overpriced.

The standards in this park have definitely declined. The shower/toilet blocks are not even worth marking out of 5. The pool was closed all day on a hot Saturday, boom gates not working which lead to cars overcrowding sites and paths, the general look of the gardens and grassed areas look tardy etc. Time to look at other options...

Beautiful park but very poor facilities. Many powered sites have no sullage option. Grey water is allowed to run down the hill into the creek. Or down the hill onto sites below. Some sites have the sullage pit uphill so grey water runs out over the road. Nothing worse than walking through people's kitchen waste. Street lighting is not working in many areas, roads are potholed and uneven. The bins are huge and not emptied enough, the smell is overpowering. You need to be well over 5 foot tall just to open the lid. Toilets aren't cleaned enough. Rubbish is just swept out the door and onto the ground outside.

While a well maintained park the sites are short with difficult access . Not suitable for big rigs . Trees need to be trimmed up . Facilities clean and modern. Pool and putt golf for the kids .Some good but small sites along a flowing creek .

A stunning caravan park with a river running right through the middle! We were allowed camp fires at night, which added greatly to the ambience. Very well run by a lovely team...we stayed in winter. It was nice and quiet but we still enjoyed great sunny days

Generally was ok but on a very cold night the heater split system became inoperable, uncomfortable night!

I love the fact that its walkable to all amenities and that it has a river running through it

The new management is so unfriendly have been coming here camping for 40 plus years Have never come across such bad management!! The women in the office is so rude and unfriendly her husband is a crank person just about attacks every guest that sets up is so un helpful and does not want to work at all with anyone in the park to help them even got told to move my solar panel off a empty camp spot that wasn’t been used one would think he ran a prison camp prior to running a caravan park
