「B&B is centrally located, close to the train station and river. Restaurants within 5 minutes and grocery stores within 10-15 minutes walk.
The staff are helpful and courteous.
Rooms are small but adequate.
No hot pot in the room but one can get a cup of hot water from the staff at the lobby. Coffee is an additional 2.30 euros a cup.
Request for more pillows right away if you need more than 1.」

DDoreen Teuchert我已經在這家希爾頓酒店住過幾次了。位置很棒，如果您想避免酒店停車費，周圍有很多停車位。房間很簡樸，但非常舒適。我總是要求入住庭院房間，因為這裡更安靜。早餐主要為有機農產品，不會過於奢侈，但足以讓您不會厭倦每天吃同樣的早餐。工作人員整體來說非常樂於助人。我確實發現接待員有點唐突，特別是在辦理入住手續時，而且在辦理入住手續時誰會得到餅乾似乎是隨機的。

AAndreaWir waren jetzt schon zum wiederholten Mal im nhow Hotel und sind jedes Mal begeistert! Die Zimmer sind nicht nur stylisch und modern, sondern bieten auch einen richtig tollen Ausblick auf die Oberbaumbrücke und die Spree – einfach mega! (Muss man allerdings auf kleinen Aufpreis buchen) 🤩 Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist einzigartig, und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Immer wieder gerne!

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

JJamesthekatFunky hotel with its own cafe/bar for casual passers by. Downside was a noisy tram line outside - but with strong double glazing - you just need to close the window! Excellent location by the U Bhan with other food places a stones throw away. Recommend a visit to ‘Kaschk’ a craft beer venue just around the corner 🍻

AAngelinchina我經常出差,一年睡很多晚在酒店,我從來沒有經歷過我到達柏林希爾頓酒店時的情況。
我已經預訂了,並在旅行前大約4個月支付了“雙牀房,帶圓頂景觀”。
入住後,自動給我分配了一個不是雙牀或圓頂景觀的房間(下圖可以看到景色);我兩次回前台,抱怨這不是我訂的房間,酒店工作人員最無益,他們不允許我和經理交談,也沒有提供任何解決方案或任何形式的補償,他們的回答只是酒店已經預訂完畢,他們無能爲力。
這是錯誤的,因爲不同的原因,首先他們給我分配了一個只有一張牀的房間,其次他們沒有提供任何解決方案,除了在房間裏增加一點滾筒牀,第三他們不允許我和經理說話。
非常失望,這些經歷不屬於希爾頓這樣的連鎖酒店,這個不幸的事件玷污了我在酒店的住宿。
我希望這次審查能在某種程度上對希爾頓的某個人有所幫助,並做一些事情,以避免任何有類似經歷的客人。
此外,桑拿設施顯然不是房費的一部分(這一點沒有提到),當我退房時,我發現每次使用桑拿都必須支付。

匿匿名用戶地理位置還可以，房間也還行，但是柏林有兩個名字一模一樣的酒店，地址不一樣，很容易搞錯的。我們同事就搞錯了，跑到另外一個酒店了。我和酒店反饋了，酒店説很多人都反應這個問題，但是他們覺得無所謂，誰叫客人不看清楚酒店地址。酒店這個態度是有問題的，雖説地址可以區別兩個酒店，但是酒店取名字不應該造成誤解，在明知道已經造成很大誤解的前提下，還在繼續理直氣壯的造成誤解。下次不會再住了。

Wir hatten für 2 Nächte ein sehr modern eingerichtetes ca. 16 m² großes Doppelzimmer. Inkludiert war eine Mikrowelle und ein Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Eine kleine Theke mit Hockern, machte das Zimmer noch charmanter. Das Badezimmer war auch top. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Je nach Belieben kann man direkt vor dem Hotel die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Bus und Tram nutzen oder man geht ein paar Schritte bis zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle.
Ein Kaufland ist direkt nebenan und verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Sattwerden gab es auch. Es gibt Fastfood wie Subway, Döner oder chinesiches Essen, aber auch mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe wie Italiener, Griechen, Thai etc.
Für unseren Aufenthalt war das Hotel die richtige Wahl.

訪訪客用戶這是一家採用新風格設計的旅館，從名字就可以看出來。房間裡沒有私人浴室，所有浴室都位於樓層，每層樓有多個廁所/淋浴間。還有幾個廚房。廁所，至少是男廁，很亂，總是沒有衛生紙，還會留下啤酒瓶。一個波蘭人在我前面走進廁所，發現沒有衛生紙，罵了一句“kurwa”，然後摔門而去。這很有趣。不過，這不是工作人員的問題，他們會真誠地嘗試監控和清潔一切，而是客人的問題。房間的設計讓人想起蘇聯先鋒營，光禿禿的牆壁、床和電視、窗戶，儘管配有遮光窗簾。房間或多或少比較乾淨，但清潔服務需額外收費。一般來說，那裡的一切都需要額外的費用或押金。如果你想要毛巾就給20歐元；如果你想做飯，這裡有一套鍋子、清潔劑和一個開瓶器；留50歐元。這是我第一次看到沒有杯子、叉子或煎鍋的廚房。對我來說這簡直是無稽之談。但那裡有一台自動販賣機，售價 2 歐元，可以購買糖果和咖啡。這裡沒有飲水機，也沒有燒水壺，唯一的生活小撇步就是把馬桶裝滿水，用咖啡機裡的紙杯在微波爐裡加熱，然後用早餐時非正式帶來的茶包泡茶。工作人員之間互相不太友好，女孩收了20歐元押金，送了一條毛巾，承諾每天更換，接待員不肯，還要求5歐元換一次毛巾。但他們在這樣做時盡量保持禮貌。接待處並非 24 小時開放，開放時間為晚上 9 點，但之後仍可進入。需要憑鑰匙卡才能進入旅館區域和房間。食堂裡的食物也是用代幣出售的，順便說一句，這是我第一次看到這種情況；）早餐很簡單，很基本，而且總是一樣的，2 種酸奶、水果沙拉、煮雞蛋、幾種切片火腿/香腸和 2 種簡單的奶酪、基本的廉價麵包、黃瓜/西紅柿、鍋爐煮的咖啡。位置比較偏僻，但是附近有電車站。到達市中心需要很長時間，搭乘大眾運輸需要一個多小時。 儘管科佩尼克區總體上歷史悠久，但它一直是一個工人階級地區。現在那裡有很多烏克蘭人和波蘭人。從自然角度來看，這個地方很美麗，兩條河流交匯，周圍綠樹成蔭。旅館附近有休息室，因此住戶可以放心地在窗戶下閒逛、喝啤酒、抽**和大聲播放音樂。總的來說，就像那個笑話裡說的：“——什麼是複雜的感受？——就像當你的岳母在你的車裡淹死的時候！”
