SIBON傑魯塞冷葡萄酒和水療度假村(Sibon Wine & Spa Resort Jeruzalem)

Wir haben das Restaurant besucht. Zunächst ist die A**osphäre außen und innen wirklich toll. Die Weinberge und die hügeligen Landschaft um das Resort ist zauberhaft. Das Personal ist freundlich und sie sprechen auch deutsch. Zur Wahl gab es ein 4 Gänge Menü für 55 Euro p.P. , wahlweise Fisch oder Fleisch als Hauptgang. Leider ist das Essen nicht besonders gut. Es hat absolut keine Klasse. Tut mir leid! Wir hätten uns dort alle etwas mehr erwartet und auch die Gäste an den Nebentischen waren nicht sonderlich begeistert und haben dem Kellner kein gutes Feedback gegeben. Die Lage des Hotels ist ansonsten wunderschön!

Bij aankomst bleek het hotel nog prachtiger gelegen te zijn dan op de website. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. We kregen een duidelijke uitleg over het hotel en de omgeving. De kamers zijn heel proper en netjes en hebben een mooi uitzicht. Kamers zijn heel mooi ingericht, badkamer is heel proper! We huurden fietsen en kregen hier ook een hele duidelijke uitleg over. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Mooi hotel, mooie omgeving, lekker eten! Aanrader!

Good food with local wines, rich breakfast, very nice, cosy but modern place with spa and pool with spectacular view. The staff is very kind, would recommend for weekend gateaway. We definitely will come back!

We did a short stop for lunch today. We enjoyed SIBON wine and spa resort location, the restaurant, the ambient, pool area with the amazing views and excellent super friendly service by Tadej. Thank you. Worth coming back 🥂. I can only recommend.

The place is stunning, with amazing scenery of vineyards and infinity pool. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is ah-maaaazing for super reasonable price. An the wines, oh my. The rooms are spotless and the whole resort in rustic-modern design, where every corner is well though and precisely done. We loved it and are definitely coming back! The location is perfect for cycling and they have e-bikes so you can climb up the hills.

Great location for a quiet and relaxing weekend get-away. Great food, wide selection of local wines, clean rooms, nice staff and breathtaking scenery on vineyards. Place to recharge and calm your mind.

Beautiful resort in a magnificant environment. My partner and I stayed here for a weekend in July and absolutely loved the place. The staff is exceptional - friendly, attentative and really trinyg to make your stay a pleasure. The food is delicious starting with rich breakfast with lots of choice, a lunch and dinner menu that changes every night and caters local foods. The spa and pool is amazing with breahtaking views and enough lounge chairs for all the guests. Water in the pool was perfect and I really loved the quiet ambience by the pool. Perfect for relaxation after a bike tour around the vineyards. The room (suite 23) was large and very bright with windows to the south and west and ability to watch sunset from the room. Features all that is needed but most importantly - has a large, comfortable bed and linens. The resort alse offers e-bikes to rent (although I would recommend them to change for e-mountain bikes, rather than e-city bikes), you can also bring you own bike and they will store it for you in the garage. Another extra plus is that resort has an electric charging station in front to charge e-cars and is free of charge for hotel guests. This was a really great feature for us as it saved us a charging stop on the way back home. Special thanks to staff members Aljaz and Tadej for their hospitality and friendliness. Overall really great experience and looking forward to visiting again soon!
