من أفضل الفاندق التي زرتها موظفو الاستقبال وخاصة الموظفه جابريلا على مسوى عالي جدا من الاحترافيه الغرف نظيفة جدا الفطور متنوع ولذيذ والخدمه رائعة جدا تعامل طقم العمل ودود جدا شكرا من القلب

C’est du parfait, il y’a rien à redire. Tout le personnel est au petit soin tout est luxueux. Le personnel parle parfaitement anglais. Du grand luxe !!! Merci pour tout !

It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

Very pleasant atmosphere, special hotel design both in the lobby and in the room.

The staff is very polite (reception, spa, restaurant) and helped us with every information we needed. The rooms were clean and the bed were really comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious and they ofered a variety of food. One recommendation for the pool and spa area (we came specifically for it) would be including an age limit for children and and hour interval for adults only. We personally came at the pool area at the same time with 2 families with 4 children who were very noisy and constantly jumping into the pool :( they could easily distroy the experience.

Große Zimmer, sehr gute Betten. Service immer sehr angenehm. Super Frühstück und auch das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Mit Spa, Bowling, Fahrservice, alles buchbar. Lage direkt am Bahnhof, dadurch etwas lauter, zum Stadtzentrum ca. 10min mit dem Taxi. Lage am Rand der Stadt erspart den Verkehr in der Innenstadt, meist viel Stau.

The staff is the most nicest ! They made us feel better than home! Besides this, the hotel is 5 + stars! Food is great, drinks the same. In the room great air quality. My daughter had a blast in the playground and I had no worries to leave her with the staff there. I totally recommend this hotel

Everything about this hotel is super nicely thought and done, the rooms are spacious and everything is very well placed, facilities are top quality and the staff has made our stay perfect, everyone was super helpful! The FrontDesk and Cleaning teams are just the best and they went above and beyond each day for it 😁. If there is some time left, the Spa is also super nice, opened till late - we loved the services, all staff, set-up and the massage options - we really enjoyed quite a few hours there. This location is so much better than other 5 star hotels in the country - cannot wait to get back!
