C’est du parfait, il y’a rien à redire. Tout le personnel est au petit soin tout est luxueux. Le personnel parle parfaitement anglais. Du grand luxe !!! Merci pour tout !

It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

Große Zimmer, sehr gute Betten. Service immer sehr angenehm. Super Frühstück und auch das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Mit Spa, Bowling, Fahrservice, alles buchbar. Lage direkt am Bahnhof, dadurch etwas lauter, zum Stadtzentrum ca. 10min mit dem Taxi. Lage am Rand der Stadt erspart den Verkehr in der Innenstadt, meist viel Stau.

Very spacious room with glass walls at the bathroom which is a great feature for couple trip. Very clean room and amazing housekeeping services (daily cleaning and towels changed). We have received everyday hot tea in the room together with some coockies as a courtesy from the hotel and they were highly appreciated especially where we were returning from a long winter walk. Huge bed and the most fluffiest pillows I have ever tried ever. I really felt like I was sleeping on a smooth cloud. 🤩 We have used the spa area which again, impressed us with how clean it was everything and booked a couple massage which I can sincerelly say it waa divine. The entire stuff was very helpful and super polite and they assisted us with any inquiry we had. A diverse breakfast with multiple options (vegetatian options, fitness breakfast, traditional and international). In my opinion the overall prices for the stay, services we choose to use are above average but I would say it is worth it as it really offered us the break we needed from our busy offices life. I would recommend the hotel to others and I would definetly want to come again.

This “modern” hotel is so impractical, the Jetsons would be laughing. The rooms are dark and poorly laid out. The switches are incredibly frustrating. The floor plan is bizarre. There was room for two doubles, yet there were only twin beds. The coffee machine is a fancy espresso machine that no one who isn’t a barista would know how to use…and I’m an aficionado. I traveled with a group of elderly people; I’m much younger, not even middle-aged, and I still hated this hotel as much as they did. The shower floor does not slant towards the drain and so fills with water. To be clear, it’s not a bathtub, the shower stall overflows. When we called the front desk about it, they sent a girl with a squeegee. I asked my fellow travelers if they had this same problem, and they did! The water actually pools away from the drain! I hope some engineer or contractor got fired. That isn’t even addressing the glass wall of the shower that was open to the room. We stayed two nights; after returning from the old town after a late lunch, our rooms had not been cleaned. I called the front desk for towels. They sent a duo of cleaners whom I asked to only do the bathroom, because, you know, flooded shower. Also, my parents and all fellow travelers did not have their rooms cleaned either. It’s probably my own fault that I couldn’t figure out how to request service via the plethora of buttons by the door. I have three masters degrees, and only one is in technology. So my bad. The impracticality highly outweighs the aesthetic, and it must be said: whoever thought that the padded walls were trendy clearly does not have an interior design degree from a reputable, accredited institution of higher learning. I’m convinced that our tour was able to get cheap rates here because no one wants to stay in this building that is darker than Dracula’s castle. Maybe this actually is the nicest hotel in town; we were told the other tour companies use the old “communist” hotels. Pray to Vlad the Impaler to be spared from this hotel. Try your luck with the former comrades

We was in this hotel few yar ago and we was good impress and this year we decided to spend New Year's Eve in this hotel and and didn’t wrong. The hotel offers quality services, delicious menu and pleasant atmosphere. SPA area offer diversified and high-quality therapies are provided. all the hotel staff are kind and well prepared. Wonderful experience!
