This lakefront home on Iyopawa Golf Course and is listed on Vrbo, This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year its rented by the night with a 2-night minimum stay. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange. Attractions include Trine University, Tibbitts Opera, and 5 Championship Golf Courses. You'll have the entire home to yourself! Enjoy parking your car in the garage! There is a Cozy living room with a fireplace overlooking Coldwater Lake! There are (3) Flat Screen T.V.s with cable channels. There is a washer & dryer with laundry detergent supplied for you. This home is beautifully remodeled and furnished! The kitchen is equipped with cookware, silverware, plates & bowls, drinking glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stove & fridge. We have High Speed Internet (WIFI). The bathroom is furnished with shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel. The Rustic Hills Retreat is situated on four lakeside lots, a perfect location for family oriented fun. The home and property allows for lake access with a dock...excellent for boating, kayaking and fishing. Enjoy the scenery while relaxing on the deck, grilling (grills included) or enjoying smores and campfire stories with two bonfire pits. The quaint neighborhood is great for a family bike ride or a stroll around peaceful lakeside properties. Guests will have access to two kayaks (with life jackets), badminton/volleyball nets and equipment, a basketball hoop, bikes, hammock and a cornhole set. The yards and grounds are perfect for outside games, with ample space for tenting. The house is equipped with many amenities and appliances that will support ten guests. The Rustic Hills Retreat has two upper bedrooms containing queen size beds, along with a lower bedroom with a queen bed. A pull out sleeper, futons and daybeds in both the upper and lower living rooms allow for sleeping arrangement for the entire family. The house has a full kitchen and formal dining room.
