This lakefront home on Iyopawa Golf Course and is listed on Vrbo, This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year its rented by the night with a 2-night minimum stay. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange. Attractions include Trine University, Tibbitts Opera, and 5 Championship Golf Courses. You'll have the entire home to yourself! Enjoy parking your car in the garage! There is a Cozy living room with a fireplace overlooking Coldwater Lake! There are (3) Flat Screen T.V.s with cable channels. There is a washer & dryer with laundry detergent supplied for you. The home and property allows for lake access with a dock...excellent for boating, kayaking and fishing.
