Next room to me had a family living in the room, they were loud, walking around the hallways until 3am. The room was dirty, towels had so many hairs on all of them, the floor was stick as like it has never been really moped. I had my kids with me and couldn’t sleep well. I didn’t even had a shower, woke up early and left to have shower at another place.

I only stayed one night for business travel. My room has a clogged bathroom sink and the shower had very little pressure and the main shower head did not work. No one was there to tell. The property is Very clean and so was the room. Other than bathroom issue, I would still recommend staying. Im sure my issue was just to my room.

Staff was great. Needs a little updating. Fitness room had a sensor that turned lights out every 30 seconds and it only turned on at the door area. All the stay was very very friendly and would stay again

Towels, bed covers, bed sheets were all dirty. This is a "suite" and all the cabinets in the kitchen were empty. Hotel has 0 ice machines, when I arrived check in counter was closed with security door, had to go inside the hotel to find the clerk. Before I booked I asked if I would be allowed to do late check they said yes then today they told me no. Horrible!!!

The toilet was not cleaned it had so much hair from the previous person that stayed and dirty spots. The rags had spots I just pray it was just stains instead of them just not being washed. Sheets had stains on them . But again I’m hoping we’re just old sheets vs not washed. People rapping outside talking loud and the room smell horrible. If it wasn’t for my husband I would’ve complained to the front desk person.
