Property was very clean and good quality, breakfast was sufficient though staff could have used some extra help during the busiest time but the standout was front desk assistance from Shana. She was super courteous, friendly and responsive

Great property and amenities - though it did have some issues with the elevators. If you have issues with stairs, check to see if they are working and/or request a first floor. Overall extremely clean, crazy friendly staff, good breakfast choices and great gym, pool, basketball court and parking. Gas station, convenience store and Dunkin Donuts in the adjacent parking lot - make it easy to get snacks and fill up your vehicle.

We stayed at the hotel 5 days but only had the room made 1 time on the 3rd day. When I requested the front desk to have the room made on the 5th day, he told me they will do it the next day when we check out. There was not more clean towels after 4th day and the front desk just said "sorry". The "free" hot breakfast was so limited with 3 items everyday and mostly run out by 8:30 AM, the fruit tray was the same from 1st day we stay until the last day, never been restock with fresh ones.

Housekeeping staff stole a pair of $70 shorts. Manager tried to say they were misplaced. We hadn’t even left the hotel, just changed rooms. The room smelled disgusting when we got into it. Overall terrible experience on the third night.

I paid for the room through *******, Hilton Homesuites charged my credit card a second time -plus $100 extra, unexplained charge. they told me at check out that ******* had never paid for my room - my credit card company says that ******* paid. how to resolve?
