阿什蘭戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Ashland)

The hallway floors were really dirty, at breakfast they quickly ran out of things and didn’t replace them. The one piece of fruit left, an apple, was old and I had to throw it away. I asked for a handicapped room and was denied though there weren’t many people in rooms. The beds were too high, I had a difficult time getting in them, I’m 5’3”.

Room was clean and comfortable. Night staff was awesome! The bathroom fan is so noisy we quit trying to use it. Window needs to be replaced, it has a sharp crack across it. Dangerous for a child.

The best hotel staff I have ever encountered! Tommy at the front desk goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and ensures you have everything you need during your stay. Best customer service ever!

Property is run down , not clean, entire floor smelled like pot, breakfast had dish soap in the gravy

First room assigned was smelly. Second room shower faucet leaked and needs major upgrades.

Room130 has stucco falling from ceiling onto the bed, the carpet is so dirty it’s sticky, there are mice running from under the bed to the hallway and back, and I woke to 4 bed bugs on my pillow…

My husband and I travel to Ashland quite frequently to visit friends. We have adopted this hotel as our #1 stay. The price is reasonable, much more affordable than others in the area. The staff is always friendly and our rooms are always clean and comfy.

the hotel was fairly clean, staff was very nice. The pool was closed due to repairs. (We expected a pool). However, overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The place is very outdated and they could have called and told me before I got up there and checked in that the pool was down and also the ice machine wasn’t working. My tub in my room was very dirty it had black foot prints in it. I had to get my own cleaning supplies to clean the tub before I would take a shower or my kids. Very very disappointed
