Beautiful location on edge of Goodwood Park - great for cycling. Communication from Matt was excellent both before and during our stay. Our ensuite room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. Fabulous choice of breakfast options (ask Matt about his poached eggs method :)) . We also had a good evening meal at the village pub, 1 minute away, which had been recommended by our hosts.

Amazing find and a fixed on book again next time we are in the area. Perfect location just outside Chichester and by A27 making it extremely easy and convenient to explore the local area, including Brighton, Littlehampton, Weald and Download Museum. An excellent location for visiting Goodwood House and Races, Chichester and Weald and Downland Museum. Comfortable Bed and an excellent breakfast. The Anglesey Arms is 2 minutes walk away for an evening meal. An ideal place for a long weekend.

What a lovely place! The room was lovely and immaculate with everything you possibly would want whilst you were staying. The breakfast was excellent! The hosts were fabulous with nothing being too much trouble. We also went to a lovely little pub 2 minutes up the road.The food was lovely. Thank you very much for making us so welcome.

Lovely hotel. The check in process was nice and easy. Contact with owner before hand to explain made it very clear as we got there quite late. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so good too. Lovely owners who went out of their way to accommodate. Also gave a great suggestions of places to visit which we did. All in all a great stay for anyone visiting the area

This was a very brief stay but we were extremely comfortable in the downstairs twin room. Triple secondary glazing to the old window meant it was warm and quiet. Our host was extremely accommodating and did a first class breakfast. I would certainly stay there again when next in Chichester.

Lovely stay. A cool mix of simple and sophisticated. This is a welcoming place, clean too, with polite and helpful hosts. Very nice breakfast. Calming decor. Good pub just up the road. I hope to come back soon.

It was a last minute overnight stay for work but the owners were really friendly and accommodating. Nice quiet room with decent broadband and a great breakfast. A convenient location for travelling along and visiting the south coast.

This is a classic bed and breakfast, good food, great hosts, comfortable bed, good location (for me), free car parking available, nice little touches (fresh milk for your tea & coffee in room). Only 1 walkable location for evening food available (Anglesey Arms). When in the area I will be back!
