瑪歌驛站飯店(Relais de Margaux)

Nous avions un coffret box avec une nuit, un dîner, un soin et accès au spa. L’établissement nous réserve un déjeuner au motif que c’est moins cher… nous maintenons le dîner avec supplément, mais là nous sommes surpris. Le dîner est à 35€ plat dessert alors que le déjeuner est à 25€. 10€ d’écart à deux ça fait 20€ de plus à régler c’est pas compliqué, mais on nous facture le double soit 40€ ! Les explications données par la réceptionniste ne tiennent pas la route, incompréhensibles, floues.. nous n’avons aucune explication tangible, l’opacité est totale et l’honnêteté n’a pas l’air d’être au menu. Quant à un geste commercial on en est à des années lumières. Hôtel vieillot qui mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement, petit déjeuner moyen.

Lorsque l’on nous parle Hôtel Margaux, nous imaginions un hôtel chic et charme. Nous y sommes allés pour le réveillon 2023/2024. Le menu était fantastique et le personnel bienveillant et souriant. Le bémol c’est la décoration de la chambre et de l’hôtel de façon générale. C’est vieillot cela demande un gros rafraîchissement. Nous reviendrons pour tester le SPA et le GOLF une prochaine fois

Lieu parfait pour le repos et le calme, Hôtel au top, Accueil super agréable, Chambre très grande et literie confortable, Troisième séjour et ne se lasse pas du tout. Permet de faire du golf, Le petit déjeuner est très bien fournit avec beaucoup de choix.

Hotel très correct , en revanche 20 € la nuit pour mon chien qui est 1 Yorkshire de supplément , il est sage et propre , je trouve cela vraiment plus que prohibitif , d'autant qu'il dort par terre , ne prend pas de douche et n'utilise pas les toilettes ! par conséquent je n'y retournerai pas .

Hôtel très vieillissant, j’y étais allez il y a 7 ans et et c’est choc. Plus rien à voir avec le 4 étoiles de l époque. Les repas / petits déjeuners ne sont pas à la hauteur du lieu, prévoyez autre chose. Si la déco et les matériaux ne sont pas important pour vous alors c’est un bon plan. Le personnel est lui très agréable pro. En gros on en a pour son argent. Mais ça mériterait tellement mieux !

So I tend to book the hotels as my husband has picked awful places. I saw the pictures and thought great this looks good, pool for the son and food for us!. You drive past some beautiful chateaus and I thought great I’ve don’t it again!. We took a sharpe right, went down a bumpy road and then we passed a sewage works, I thought this isn’t good my heart dropped. We drove a little further and well the gates were less than perfect. We then pulled up to a tired looking building with a miss mash of other buildings. I was gutted. We entered the lobby after me being in a wheelchair as I’d recently been recovering with a broken ankle. Being wedged in as doors weren’t great and there was a lip. Receptionists were busy chatting about something more interesting than their new guests until another receptionist came along to show us to our room. Knowing I was in a wheelchair obviously she took us so far and said sorry the lift is out of service, can you walk up these stairs, I did with a struggle, my husband dragged the chair up. We walk a while and got to the room. The room was fine, bathroom fine and toilet separate which was good. There was a fridge, safe, trouser press and hairdryer. The bathroom had two robes, towels for two and two pairs of slippers. Unfortunately there was three of us. Fridge had two waters. There was a balcony overlooking the golf course which was nice but still for two. We went to the indoor swimming pool and was told it was 16 and over, my son is 12. Fortunately she let us in. The spa lady was lovely. The pool was fine, the steam room fine sauna was fine but a bit tired. We went looking for the restaurant and eventually found a staff member to show us. It was a bit of a walk from main reception but very close to our room. We the dribbled across disabled parking and an outdoor lift a stone throw from our room. Not once was we told this. We booked the restaurant, unfortunately they don’t really cater for fussy kids but we thought the food was lovely. Staff were really friendly too. If I was local I’d definitely visit the restaurant. The only small thing was there chairs were fraid underneath so looked scruffy. But food was lovely. So room 303 kettle no plug socket near, plug socket not working and lamp with not socket to plug it in. Bathroom the shower knob was broken and came off in hand. I’d say if you like golf it’s fine but I’d not return. It’s definitely not wheelchair friendly. It’s dated and not worth the money. The room was ok but mismatch and dated. The outside and some buildings were awful in appearance.

Cela fait 3 fois que je viens au spa profiter d’un moment de détente et y faire un soin bain, gommage et massage 1h . Cette fois ci ce n’était pas bien du tout . Le gommage a été bâclé et le massage a été brusque , fouillis et il faisait froid dans la salle de soins. Bref peu de personnel , donc je vous conseil d’aller ailleurs car pour 150€ je pense que l’on peu trouver bien mieux. Par contre le spa est joli et nous avons très bien manger .

Bel endroit. Literie confortable. Spa et hammam sauna ouvert jusqu'au repas : pratique pour se détendre. Suggestion d'amélioration : Décoration un peu vieillote et tarif un peu élevé

Chambre spacieuse et confortable Spa et piscines extérieur confortable accès au golf pratique. Petit déjeuner à la brasserie au top le soir possibilité de dîner en terrasse avec nappes blanches et jolie vaisselle
