珀梅拉別墅飯店(Relais Villa Pomela)

Over all nice experience

I have stayed at this hotel on couple of occasions . First impressions seem good. It's in a lovely location and the reception area features antiques. However the rooms are very dated, the carpet worn thin and threadbare, the fridges a joke in keeping anything even half way cool, and the whole establishment needs a total overhaul. Classed as a Relais, or superior hotel, Villa Pomela is closer to a three star hotel. The service is almost non-existent. My husband and I waited close to 30 minutes in the garden before we went looking for a waiter to bring us a drink. Then it took forever to arrive, and this happened more than once. Breakfast has improved from what it used to be, but while one girl did her best, there are just not enough staff. Again, I had to go to the kitchen door to order more coffee as no one appeared to offer more each day we were there. Villa Pomela is charging 5 star prices for three star service and rooms. There are other better hotels in the area.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido Hotel " RELAIS VILLA POMELA", per passare un fine settimana allo shopping, perché molto vicino al famoso outlet. la mattina abbiamo fatto una colazione fantastica, tutto il personale simpatico e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Camere ampie e ben pulite. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato. Ci rivedremo presto.

C'est la troisième fois que nous allons à cet endroit et nous y retournerons avec plaisir à chaque visite au centre commercial Serra Valle Factory Outlet. Il est bien situé, c'est tranquile et nous pouvons y dîner le soir sans avoir à sortir. La cuisine est délicieuse. Les chambres sont propres, bien meublées et la literie est de qualité.

For such a beautiful looking hotel on the outside, and what we thought was a luxury hotel. it was very disappointing. No bell service, breakfast was par at best and there was one coffee pot for everyone to share. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. We couldn't find the gym, the front desk clerk did as little as possible.

Unico negativo un leggero rumore costante che proveniva da fuori, forse un impianto di produzione. Giardino incantevole, vi consiglio una passeggiatadopo breakfast, colazione super e letto molto confortevole

Très bel environnement. Vastes parking. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont très bien. Seuls reproches: 1-les 2 apéritifs très chiche. 1 Spritz avec 3/4 de glaçon dans le verre et une demi flûte de proseco! 2-Pas de menu en Français au restaurant. Heureusement qu’une serveuse a fait beaucoup d’effort et de patience pour nous donner quelques explications.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ,le personnel est charmant .L'hôtel bien que médiévale ce qui fait son charme est très propre avec un joli parc une belle piscine

We have stayed here twice before. It is a character hotel in a lovely setting. It does lack some modern amenities. We were most surprised to be sent an e mail stating that our restaurant reservation was cancelled due to “kitchen maintenance” However when we arrived the real story was they had a group booking from a Porsche owner’s club who were being served a banquet in the garden. We almost had to plead to be served a glass of wine ( exhorbiant price ) Breakfast was very poor, service overwhelmed far below our expectations. I am afraid we will not return, I hope your Porsche customers return on a regular basis because we will now look elsewhere. A great disappointment !
