The location at 46-48 Foley Street puts you right in the heart of Liverpool, which was perfect for my mini-break. Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep! I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.」

「Lovely big rooms, however can get cold due to this. However could have been a fault of our own as we didn’t alter the thermostat. Bathroom was nice but if you have the option don’t choose a bath in the room and the shower is not the best. I have stayed here previously in a shower room and they are superior. We missed out on the spa if you want to go you now have to pre book which we weren’t informed about potentially Trip.com’s fault and not the hotel.」

「櫃檯人員服務態度不錯，也提早讓我們入住，只是分離式的浴室空間狹隘，整個用水設備不時傳來抽水聲音，有點吵雜。清晨四點左右有人敲房門，並大叫我們並不認識的人名，已告訴他找錯房間，卻還猛敲房門並大聲吼叫。我的先生提醒他再吵要找警察，我們也不再回應他，他又吵了幾聲後才沒聲響，似乎離開了。當時我是很緊張又害怕，幸虧先生鎮定從容應對，消除危機。」
