一個外觀很一般的酒店，給我的感覺卻很好。首先位置在市中心，波利瓦爾廣場很近。前台大廳還有電腦給客人使用，免費飲料咖啡糖果等。自助早餐種類雖然不是很多，但質量很好，包含在房價裡邊，超值。頂層露台也是24小時免費咖啡吧，而且可以四麪觀景。房間雖小，五臟俱全，冰箱保險柜都有。前台“帥鍋”服務態度很好，還幫忙打印了登機牌。

理想地位於波哥大歷史街區(Candelaria),位於殖民風格的建築。所有主要的歷史景點(博物館、廣場等)都在步行距離之內。房間非常寬敞,有簡單的傢俱。房間就算俯街道,隔音也很好。小不方便,淋浴有點滑。早餐很簡單(熱飲,吐司,雞蛋,果汁和水果)但還可以。非常友好的工作人員。總體來說非常愉快的經歷。

This hotel is very well located but honestly that is where the good things stop. Communication by email and phone is a nightmare. Direct communication with the general manager fails and never gets a response. A rate reduction from twin to single only happens after more than six emails and a dozen phone calls (on four of which the line was hung up on me). In the end I had to get the manager of my hotel in Cartagena to speak with their staff and he said he has never seen such poor service. I am now in Room 711 where I am told there is no Aircon because Bogota does not need it, there is no access to CNN in English because there is a problem in the neighbourhood and I cannot dial a toll free 1 877 number in the US because the hotel does not allow this service. Oh and the airport pickup we booked never arrived because they thought the flight was in the evening not the morning even though I sent the flight number. To be fair we were offered complimentary breakfast as compensation for this error. My current feeling is that staying here is exhausting.
