房間比較新，門口太破舊了，應該重新裝修一下

Fiquei apenas 1 noite e atendeu o meu proposito. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho e era confortável. O estacionamento era bem amplo e tivemos um bom atendimento no check-in. Também enviamos compras e não fomos cobrados por isso. A parte bastante negativa foi o café da manhã. Sinceramente era melhor nem ter. Nos deram um cartão para tomarmos o café na cafeteria em frente a recepção e, pra nossa surpresa, o café era sucrilhos e tinha direito a 1 bolinho além de um péssimo suco de laranja. E pra piorar o atendimento foi terrível.

I chose this for the name but!! No way horrible dirty carpets,smeling rooms,never clean the rooms,etc!! The only good thing was a camfortable bed👍 But the rest is like a cheap hwy motel😩

Excellent custumer service

Got woken at 8:20 by fire alarm testing. Elevators inop during this time. Seems like testing could be done between check out and check in.

The room was very nice. Small coffee maker and refrigerator. Comfortable bed. Room was quiet. The water pressure in the shower was dismal. I tried to see if I could fix it. I think it was a water saver. Barely any water came out of the shower head. There is only weekly maid service. Early in the pandemic this was normal. I thought, now, maid service was back on. There was no way to opt in to service. The location is good. The staff was nice.

I just love the convince and location for this hotel. Clean and everything is close by. Restaurants, mall,fuel.

THE PROPERTY WAS UNDER RENOVATION AND THE FRONT DESK STAFF WASN'T ATTENTIVE. OVERALL THE LOCATION WAS GREAT!!

I liked the self parking with plenty of space. I didn’t like that the rear entrance doors did not work with the room key I guess because of construction to the first floor wing.

Enjoyed the hotel, although on the Friday - February 16 - morning, the female doing the breakfast did not even acknowledge me and stood at the oven singing to herself, I was really amazed that she could not even say, Can I help you and take my order, but no,, Personally I felt it was a race issue toward a white person and she really poor service to a hotel customer. Thank you for this opportunity to bring to the hotels attention.

You need to ask everyday to change the towels. They won’t take the garbage unless you ask. And they didn’t fix the bed at all for 7 days.
