浦耳北普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn Poole North)

Disappointed that there were no ‘Plus’ rooms and there was no heating and was awakened at 6.45am in the morning when the ventilation plant was turned on. That said, the room was OK. Not happy with service in restaurant, had to ask for cutlery, especially steak knife for mixed grill and ordered latte and received black coffee. However the reception staff were very polite, helpful and overall professional, especially Ionna ( think this correct spelling) and our overall experience was satisfactory.

Zero stars. Surly receptionist who ignored people waiting. Industrial location. Tables in the bar filthy. Room lacking basic furniture (see photo). So hot couldn't sleep. Windows sealed and ac set for 19°. Premier Inn our go to hotel but this was awful.

Our stay was from 3/6/2024 - 6/6/2024 booking breakfast and two course dinner for three night stay. On arrival we booked in on the online desk. Our room was clean and the shower worked well. If you run out of teabags ,coffee etc there is a stand to the right in reception which we helped our selves to a couple of times. We ate in the Thyme restaurant each day and found the food to be really good. On our last evening I personally complimented the chef as all our meals including breakfast cooked well. The staff in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful except for one !! I am not going to name her but the Duty Manageress who was there was very rude and abrupt. The way she spoke to the staff and customers was appalling. I felt sorry for the staff working along side her. I did pass on what we heard to another Manager so hopefully things might improve. Other than this we had a lovely stay and thankyou.

Checking in at 7pm on Monday June 10th requesting a table for dinner the response was “you can’t have dinner or breakfast unless booked and paid for at time of making the reservation” never been aware of this policy on previous occasion at any Premier Inn. In addition the female receptionist said the dining room is not accepting further reservations? We had been travelling all day so l decided to speak directly to the restaurant manager in the restaurant which was less than a quarter full and gave us a choice of times as there were only 6 diners in the room? The attitude of the receptionist was unacceptable and trust appropriate action will be taken to clarify dining arrangements for prospective customers.

Hotel was fine the problem was lack of drink selection as most had either run out or not re-ordered on time so a few drinks in the evening wasn’t happening

I spent 4 nights and I can honestly say they were the best nights sleep I have had in a long while. I ate at the thyme restaurant attached to the hotel and didn't need to go anywhere else. Staff friendly, helpful and always smiling. Recommend all the way.

Very poor hotel, asked several times for room to be cleaned it wasn’t, had to ask if I could have clean towels,milk, sugar,tea for the room if I could find someone. Breakfast complete shambles no juice, eggs hash browns, yogurts and so on. And this was every morning I was there 4 nights, I would suggest you find somewhere else.

Appalling. I had phoned during the afternoon to book a table for dinner that evening as Thyme have no online booking like other Premier Inn Restaurants such as Table Table & Beefeater. When we arrived the young lady checking us into the restaurant asked for our room number & we examined we were non resident but had a 7.30pm booking. She simply said “l don’t have it, it wasn’t passed on, we are fully booked & you aren’t residents so it will be a long wait”. She wasn’t the least bit interested that we had driven there especially for the dinner we had booked. We asked to see the manager as the restaurant clearly wasn’t busy just understaffed. She went to reception in a huff came back & said “the Manager is busy he will see you when he is free”. Behind us arrived a couple that had just checked in after a long journey & wanted dinner. They were also turned away as the restaurant was fully booked. We gave up waiting to see the manager. No wonder Premier inn are closing these restaurants. Simply appalling service.

A very dated premier inn which I think needs a total revamp downstairs. Very knocked about with worn table/ chairs and carpet in the dining room toilet!! Limited staff.. didn’t know what they were doing.. tables not cleared away at breakfast! Bedrooms were a lot better condition.
