Never cleaned our rooms or changed sheets always say they was gonna fix the WiFi they never did terrible experience to stay there

There is no wifi. Had to spend extra on my hotspot. They lied and said they'd call someone out to fix it. Never happend. This is a extended stay place. Do not stay here. The stray cats trying to run in your room will drive you nuts. Pro is you won't be bothered by neighbors because there isn't any.

The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure but also had dead flies in the floor. The recliner was old and broken. The other chair was extremely dirty. The window had no curtain or blinds. The dining chairs were old and wore out. The floors had hair balls in several places. And the stray cats were super annoying.

💩 hole. No hot water. The place was a dump. Mold on the walls. Had not been cleaned in ages. Beds were broken and linen sheets were filthy

It is what you can expect for west Texas. No soap or shampoo in room so bring your own.

They don't clean the rooms at all. It's not a service that's offered, period. No gym or anything on-site and my room had bugs.

The bedding had stains on it and I couldn’t get them to respond to me about getting it changed so I had to change it myself.

Dirty, everything stained, smelly, not clean, mold
