努萊島度假村的評論

這個酒店非常適合情侶入住，是一個人工島嶼，可以説做得非常好，感覺好像衹有杜拜這樣富裕的國家才能夠做出這種服務細節，非常到極致的奢侈酒店。基本是我體驗過最好的人工島嶼。

非常好的酒店

Magnifique île à environ 15 minutes en bateau des côtes d'Abou Dhabi où il faut absolument y aller pour son brunch et sa plage de sable fin. Partez tôt le matin, vers 9 heures et revenez tard vers 10 heures. Profitez au maximum du gigantesque buffet, des bars, de la piscine et de la plage. Ce sera un repos total. Il n'y avait pas grand monde lorsuqe nous y sommes allés. Ne vous attendez pas à visiter quoique ce soit car il n'y a rien à visiter mais plutôt à boire et à manger. Allez y en famille car c'est calme. Il n'y a pas de musique étouffante et de personnes qui se jettent dans la piscine, bière à la main! A faire ABSOLUMENT lors de votre passage ou séjour à Abou Dhabi.

Our experience started when we got to the welcome centre and we were told by the lady to quickly get on the boat. She said that the people on the boat have been waiting for us and are not happy. This was not a very warm or nice welcome to the welcome centre. We got straight off the plane and had a transfer booked through Nurai island so we didn’t think we were late or had a specific time to be there by. As far as I’m aware the boat goes across every 30 mins, therefore we would have been happy to wait for the next one, and had a warm welcome. We then reached the island and were shown some restaurants on the way to our room by the bell boy. After that we weren’t sure where to go or what to do. We weren’t given a map or welcome information regarding the island. Throughout our stay we had to find our own way around the island, we also had to go to the reception to get our own map of the island when we asked for it. When I arrived to the reception for a map of the island, the receptionist said ‘did you not get a welcome pack’ and we said no we didn’t. He then just gave us a map. We knew nothing about the bikes, and it was only when we saw some children riding them that we rang reception to ask for a bike for our son. Whilst we were there we walked over to the spa, we were shown around the spa and then when we went into the massage room overlooking the ocean, there was a huge boat & crane outside the window. The price you pay for an experience was again taken away from us, therefore we didn’t have a massage that we wanted whilst we were there. Even the lady showing us around seemed a little embarrassed and closed the curtain. It was advertised that we would have a butler throughout our stay on the island. We were never introduced to one and didn’t see one the whole stay. We had complained on the second day and even after that we had no sight of a butler. So you had advertised something and we had been sold something that we didn’t actually receive. We did not receive the service that was advertised. The service during our stay was far from 5 star, and this is not what we expected. We therefore, had a very unenjoyable stay at Nurai island after spending a lot of money on this holiday.

Cadre paradisiaque d’un calme exquis. La nourriture est d’une qualité haute , choix multiple du snack salade sandwich plat. Multiples cocktails et la chicha est excellente ( pour les initiés !!) Très belle journée en famille tout le monde s’est régalé. Activités diverses sur place. Le petit plus la voiturette qui vous amène ou vous voulez sur l’île. Du haut niveau. Seul bémol un serveur a oublié un plat plus d’une heure d’attente et le serveur avait disparu de la circulation. Mais cela n’a pas empêché de passer une inoubliable journée

Ile tropicale à la vegetation luxuriante (ça change !) où nous avons passé la journée (Day pass). Tout est très bien organisé, on vous prend en charge dès l'embarcadère (15 minutes de bateau depuis abu dhabi) et on se déplace sur l'île en voiturette. C'est très sympa. La nourriture est correcte (frangipani) et les plages sont très belles (eau turquoise). Sympa pour y passer un moment de détente entre piscine, plage et chicha. Les enfants ont un petit parc à disposition. Nous avons vraiment aimé.

Attention ce sont des voleurs ils nous ont prélevés 2 fois car le premier paient cb a été refusé et nous avons effectué un paiement avec une deuxième carte et là avons reçu la confirmation mais ils ont quand même encaissé je ne sais comment sur les 2 cartes et ils nous balade de numéro en numéro

Muy caro para lo que ofrece. Servicio al limite y la comida tbm. Habitaciones buenas pero todo cae con el servizio y la calidad! No al standard para los precios . Resulto mucha expectativa y poca sustancia..,,,,,,,,!!!!!!!!!!!!!’nn!!!!!!!!!’nn

В конце января побывали в этом отеле !!! условия проживания и фото соответствуют заявленным. В будние дни гостей почти нет, что очень комфортно . Со слов персонала , полная заполняемость на выходные дни!! Очень выручили бассейны с подогревом !! Вполне приличная кухня. Большое спасибо нашему батлеру Султанбеку, Сопровождал и делал комфортным наш отдых на всём его протяжении . Ему лично твердая пятерка !!!

Le cadre est beau mais il n’y a que le cadre Le service est déplorable voir inexistant La restauration est infâme Nous avons gâché 2 jours de vacance ici Le prix ne reflète rien C’est du vol Personne ne vous considère Si vous avez des enfants encore moins Rien est adapté Fuyez

Una isla alejada de la ciudad, aguas cristalinas, pero realmente el espacio es muy reducido para los visitantes. Una playa principal y una pequeña piscina infinity. No tienen bien marcados los espacios que son de uso privativo para las personas residentes. Con mi familia caminamos para ver una puesta de sol, y de pronto apareció una persona de seguridad para reclamarnos nuestra identificación y revisar todas las fotos de mi cámara. Totalmente desproporcionada su actuación. Tienen poco personal y pocas barcas de transporte. Realmente existen mejores playas y piscinas de hotel en los Emiratos.

Delightful. Starts off with a super boat ride, at speed, to the island. Golf carts ferry you about wherever you want to go. The good is nice, the service good, everything is nice and clean. Lovely bar by the dock where the boat leaves from on your way back. Really, really, really nice and we will certainly go back.

Прекрасный сервис, уютные виллы, несколько ресторанов с разной кухней. Развлечения как для взрослых, так и детей. Особенно душевным был ужин на пляже, спасибо большое за организацию шефу Dhyan и Imhaz. И не нужно вовсе ехать на Мальдивы, все в нескольких минутах от Абу-Даби.

Mahib y ashu fueron excelentes en el restaurante. Gracias por el buen servicio. La pasamos increíble muchas gracias!!!!! La comida estuvo espectacular y pasamos muy bien mi cumpleaños. Nos atendieron de maravillas y nos complacieron en todo momento
