We stayed 5 nights here. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a lot of choices but the food was barely warm. After two breakfasts, those who were still eating breakfast decided that the only way to get warm food was to have to make an omelette for you at breakfast. I did not do breakfast the last three days. We took our drinks back up to the rooms and did not stay in the bar area so I can’t comment on that one. The room was small-ish but not bad. The beds are hard. Our room did not have flooding issues from the shower but there wasn’t enough enclosures around the shower so you had to be sure to keep your things as far away as possible to keep them dry. It was a close walk to Manger Square, and the nativity church. Some of us went down there for the January 6 three kings celebration. I walked down the next night at 8:30 and did not feel uncomfortable walking around late at night, but I wasn’t alone. I don’t recall if there was a gift shop in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and courteous. I can’t comment on value for money because it was all part of a tour group package.
