柏林鄰近Turm的飯店

I stayed at the hostel from the night of the 01.08 - 02.08.2021. First of all the location was not as expected, it was located in the middle of the industrial area. The receptionist  did not speak any English or German. It were unorganized and the room which I had booked was unavailable. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no room numbers on the floor. The room which I was stayed in was occupied by a polish worker, who lived in the hostel. People were knocking at the door multiple times during the evening and a polish man barged in and was sexually harassing me. Additionally I could not sleep because men were talking and yelling outside. I did not feel safe to leave the room during the night.

Das merkt man. Die Zimmer sind einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß: Kein Safe, keine Kaffeemaschine, nicht eine einzige Schublade, Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und Wäscheleine. Keine Kosmetikartikel (außer Duschgel, Shampoo und Seife), obwohl damit geworben wurde. Ausgefranste, hauchdünne Handtücher (siehe Foto), keine Bademäntel (obwohl Sauna und Fitness im Haus), keine Pantoffeln. - Im Bad roch es unangenehm, die völlig verdreckte und verkeimte Lüftung (siehe Foto) macht eher alles noch schlimmer. - Uns wurde beim Einchecken nicht gesagt, dass man Housekeeping extra bestellen muss. Wo gibt's denn sowas?? Man hatte uns aber zugesagt, zumindest die Handtücher zu tauschen, was aber nicht erfolgte. Das für den Folgetag von uns bestellte Housekeeping erfolgte dann eher oberflächlich. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt, die leere Kosmetiktücherbox ignoriert. - Es gibt in der Tiefgarage weder Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder noch Lademöglichkeiten für E-Bikes. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, wir sollen unsere Bikes einfach mit ins Zimmer nehmen und dort laden. Haben wir dann gemacht. Mit den Bikes durch dir Lobby, rein in den Aufzug, die langen Flure entlang gefahren und dann ab ins Zimmer. - Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Sehr viel Aufbackware und aus Großpackungen. Die Stühle im Restaurant sind teilweise fleckig und durchgesessen. Auch hier merkt man das Alter. - Mittags haben wir das Restaurant mal getestet. Die Qualität war ok, allerdings fehlten wesentliche Zutaten beim bestellten Salat. ”Die hat der Azubi in der Küche wohl vergessen”. Alles in allem aus meiner Sicht absolut keine Empfehlung. Wenn ich mir die ****-Dehoga-Kriterien anschaue, werden diese nicht eingehalten.

The hotel was only 15-20 minutes by taxi from the airport. Check in was relatively quick and all reception staff spoke a good level of English. The room was extremely hot and there was no air-con which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Rooms were clean but simple and appeared to be slightly dated as were the bathrooms. We had an excellent meal out on the terrace in the evening overlooking the river. The service was fantastic as was the food. The hotel is approx. 35 minutes from Berlin City Centre by taxi which cost about 40 euros.

現代溫馨的酒店,機場酒店的所有設施。SBahn字面意思是在hote(S9)前面,距離BER一站路。從酒店出發的班車每程10€。我喜歡在loginn酒店住宿,雖然真的很偏遠,就像機場很偏遠。checkin超級容易。房間現代,乾淨。早餐相當標準。對我來說最大的區別是薩米人在餐廳/酒吧,讓我感到非常受歡迎。當我到達晚的第一個晚上,要求食物,廚房正式關閉,但他走出了烤披薩的方式,儘管大堂和酒吧相當滿。他還努力與客人交談,並說幾種語言。感謝薩米人給這個地方一些額外的溫暖和性格!

酒店到機場有10分便宜的穿梭巴士 感覺很像年輕人的旅館 雖然房間不是很大，但是很有年輕的感覺 設施也是新的 晚上有東西可以在小便利店買 而且入住會送免費的香檳 還有茶和水免費 

我們在短時間內預訂了一晚的房間,因爲選擇很少。酒店正在顯示其年齡,似乎沒有努力維護或更新。我們的房間(52)很大,雖然它遠離湖面,但仍然安靜,因爲外面的道路交通很少。牀很舒服;奇怪的是,它放在房間中間,大概是爲了阻止客人在傾斜的天花板上撞頭。一個牀頭燈不起作用,但除此之外,一切都起作用。淋浴間太小了。湖畔露台是一個足夠令人愉快的坐的地方,但維護得不好。早餐選擇充足,但沒有什麼不尋常的地方。除了一個顯然有糟糕一天的女服務員,酒店工作人員很友好,效率很高。如果我回到該地區,我會留在這裏嗎?不,我想不會。

Auf unserer Reise durch den Nordosten Deutschlands, haben wir hier drei Nächte übernachtet und sind angenehm überrascht worden. Nach der problemlosen Buchung acht Monate zuvor, wurden wir kurz vor unserer Reise nett kontaktiert, ob es noch irgendwelche Sonderwünsche gäbe. Der Empfang war freundlich und professionell, unsere zusätzlichen Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Das Zimmer zur Spreeseite war geräumig, schön eingerichtet und hatte ein großes, gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Bad. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm - nicht zu weich - mit großen komfortablen Decken. Wir waren dankbar für den fest installierten Insektenschutz an der großen Tür zur Spree, denn abends wurde es an der Fensterscheibe doch recht lebendig. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und umfangreich, es wurde auch laufend nachgelegt. Obwohl wir bei der Anreise darauf hingewiesen wurden, dass Corona-bedingt nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt werden könnte, hatten wir jeden Tag Zimmerservice. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist mit einer Tram-Haltestelle vor der Tür sehr gut.

Don't be deceived by the first look of it. I was though as it looks like a building block standing in the middle of a construction site. However, the interior was surprisingly nice. A bit like student dorm or studio flats rather than hotel rooms actually, albeit in a more luxury version. Good: 1. Close to public transport. 2. Specious room with lots of power sockets and storage spaces 3. very modern and comfy bath room and bed. 4. Plenty of natural light through huge windows ( at least the one I stayed ) 5. very affordable price, especially if you want to stay close to BER airport. Things can be improved : A few USB power sockets would be nice. Things to be aware of/ warned: If you are very concerned about cyber security as I am, you should take note. The hotel free WIFI is NOT password protected so there is zero security but even if there is one, you should know there is still risks. My SIM didn't work with roaming so I had to use the hotel free wifi for some urgent tasks. At first, the wifi name popped up on my screen was ” Citty Guest ”, I knew the spelling of double t looked dodgy but then that's the only one popped up and perhaps some German set up this spelled it wrong. So I used it. Then the day after when I used the wifi there were two available : Citty Guest and CITY GUEST. It was really unsettling to think that the one I used previous day might be a bogus setting up just to trick people into thinking it was the real one. When I asked the reception which one is the right one, I was told the ” CITY GUEST ” is the right one. ( My heart sank ) I made her aware of the existence of the one name ” Citty Guest ” but she just said she doesn't know anything about it and it should be ok. But if she knew nothing about it how can she know it's ok? She doesn't look more an IT expert than I am. To this day I still have no idea whether I was being tricked into using a bogus wifi connections and I was so nervous that I changed all my passwords when I got back home ( but it wouldn't help if the device has been hacked ) but just so you know. If you see both ” Citty Guest ” and ” CITY GUEST ” pop up on your screen, go for the latter one unless you have been told the otherwise.

我和可愛的女兒去這家酒店度假了一週中。有了UBER,到酒店大概要10歐元。入住很順利,桌子後面的老人不太友好,但相當高效,這很好。我們支付了旅遊稅,併爲我們的房間買了一把房間鑰匙。我們在網上支付了大約80歐元一晚,我們有一個房間,後面有三張牀。房間乾淨簡單。一張桌子,帶大屏幕電視,一個淋浴房,帶廁所和洗臉盆。淋浴還可以,但我們不喜歡淋浴簾。另外,水大概會暖和五分鐘,但對我們來說並不會感到困擾。每天用新的亞麻布和毛巾清潔。早上可以吃早餐,但必須付錢。我們沒用,酒店就在柏林市中心靠近庫爾弗斯坦斯特拉塞和大壩附近,很方便,離U-Bahn和巴士也很近。
