昆汀設計飯店(Quentin Design Hotel Berlin)

接待處的女士不友好。任何金額都被要求，根據要求支付什麼，沒有人知道。房間不干淨，佈滿灰塵。房間也很小。淋浴到處漏水。

It’s was good

O hotel é muito bom, quarto bem agradável, tem aquecedor e ar condicionado (embora não usamos). A equipe é muito prestativa. Tem café nespresso no quarto mas não tem frigobar, uma pena. O banheiro não tem box de vidro apenas cortina, molha um pouco o chão mas nada que comprometa. Tem que pedir para arrumar o quarto. Não tomamos café da manhã, assim não posso avaliar. Fizeram de tudo para tornar nossa estada boa, e conseguiram. Tem um mercado na esquina do hotel, muito próximo. É um bairro muito legal. Um destaque especial para Jeli, um amor de pessoa. Voltaremos, certeza.

The overall experience was not good. No warm water - had to call the reception every day (it seemed, they knew about it…) to have warm water Strange smell in the room, also the bed Very loud AC, didn’t really do the job Flooring is cracking and “moving” Very loud - you can hear everything through the door The area is nice though, also the entrance area.

The Quentin Design Hotel is in a superb location, just few minutes from the ubahn. Hotel is in a quiet street and has large rooms and tastefully decorated. Room let down with small wardrobe and no draws for clothes. Staff were all very friendly, spoke excellent English. I’d like to mention Florrie who was kind enough to allow us to check out a bit later than the normal time.

In general not a great hotel but in a good location. Our stay started with not being able to get into our room. The staff couldn't get the door unlocked either so eventually we were given an other room. Unfortunately in this room the TV did not work. After letting reception know they said they would fix it during the day but didn't. When we told them about it the reply was "but we sent it to maintnance". Breakfast was underwhelming, the first day neither of the two coffee machines worked properly, and the hot food was cold. The next day they were 45 minutes late getting the breakfast ready... The "design" part of the hotel was mostly strange but not functional

Great location. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Shower lets water on to floor so had to ask for room to be made up ( sign on door) . After a day out nothing had been done. Asked for towels at reception, a delightful girl on duty very helpful

Zentrale Lage, günstiger Preis. Dafür kann man nicht allzuviel erwarten. Zimmer schön groß und auf den ersten Blick auch alles ok, auf den zweiten dann nicht mehr. Nicht sehr sauber, überall Staub und noch hinterlassenschaften der vorherigen Gäste. Bett war gut und nicht durchgelegen, Bettwäsche sauber, die Handtücher schön groß, leider alle nicht sauber(wir hoffen mal das es Kosmetik war). Der Fön defekt, die bereitgestellten Kosmetikprodukte, Shampoo und ähnliches, war schon in Benutzung oder ausgelaufen. Das Lampen im Zimmer ließen sich nur komplett ein, oder auschalten. Das Personal war sehr desinteressiert und wenig freundlich. Eine Nespressomaschine im Zimmer und 4 Kapseln, das ist super.
