露露格爾德梅登飯店(Lulu Guldsmeden)

Nicht übernachtet, leider, schon woanders gebucht gehabt. Café getrunken und Neujahr gefrühstückt. Alles sehr sehr schön. Tolles dynamisches Team. Danke Johannes für dein Engagement. Tolles Frühstück mal anders. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben letzte Woche 3 Nächte mit zwei Kindern im Hotel verbracht. Der Check in war super, sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption, alles bestens. Das tolle Design fällt schon in der Lobby ins Auge. Das Zimmer, wir hatten die Suite, war sehr schön und für Familien mit ingesgesamt 5 Betten optimal. Leider ist das Bad so klein, dass nicht einmal der Handtuchhalter hinein passte und im Flur stand. Ausserdem ist das Bad nicht beheizt, der Boden kalt und die Dusche winzig. Dafür gab es ganz tolle Pflegeprodukte. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und die Fenster wirklich sehr schalldicht. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Leider gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten bzgl. Sauberkeit, so fand ich ein altes Pflaster und die Fenster müssten dringend geputzt werden. Beim Frühstück stimmte für uns das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis leider nicht. Die angebotenen Lebensmittel waren alle Bio und sehr lecker, aber die Auswahl für 20€ pro Person einfach ein Witz (z.B. Nur eine Sorte Käse, 2 Sorten Obst). Ausserdem wirkte das Personal eher gelangweilt und wenig motiviert. Die nächste Kleinigkeit, die aber auf Dauer etwas nervig ist, ist die Garage. Man musste jedes mal den Schlüssel an der Rezeption holen, es gab keinen direkten Zugang. Da man mit Kindern ja gern mal was im Auto vergisst echt umständlich. Trotz einiger Kleinigkeiten bekommt das Hotel 4 Sterne von mir, da wir uns wirklich wohl gefühlt haben und das ist ja das wichtigste. Vielleicht kann ja an der ein oder anderen Stelle nachgebessert werden, dann wäre wirklich alles perfekt.

Posizione strategica, all’uscita la fermata del bus e poco distanti dalla metro, facilmente raggiungibili tutti i punti d’interesse. Hotel accogliente, camera pulita e con confort. Se dovessi tornare a Berlino, alloggerei sicuramente qui!

Acondicionado en una antiguo edificio ubicado entre Tiergarten y Schöneberg en Berlin es un muy buen hotel eco-amigable con un estilo que es mezcla de Balines, Vintage y algo nórdico, con un jardín interior con flores y mucho verdor , con un restaurante orgánico y bar con mesas tanto en su parte interior como exterior adornado con dos motos Vespa en excelente estado Sus habitaciones pequeñas con techos muy altos , peculiares con una mezcla de los estilos antes mencionados, camas con dosel , tules con un columpio para diversión de los niños; toallas de hilo impecable y ropa de cama muy blanca. Las habitaciones triples tiene un altillo para una de las camas Por la antigüedad de la casona, hay desniveles a cada paso y el ascensor adosado en el patio interior que se detiene en los entrepisos, por eso encontramos tramos de las escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones. Esta escalera es impresionante totalmente de madera tallada de muy buena calidad, una joya arquitectónica Su personal del front desk muy atento con una eterna sonrisa , muy ágiles para el check-in y check-out Su condición eco-amigable se ve al ingresar, menaje de un solo uso de bambú, alquiler de bicicletas, comida vegana y orgánica, cepillos dientes de bambú, frutos secos a disposición y un delicioso café disponible las 24 hrs Su ubicación es perfecta pues las puede llegar a la mayoría de las atracciones turísticas caminando. Lo único que habría que mencionar es que el barrio es zona rosa con un local de *****-dance en la acera del frente Sus tarifas muy cómodas por debajo de sus pares y por todo lo antes mencionado hacen que la relación calidad/precio sea excelente

Probably the worse breakfast in town, the Hotel is quite good but forget the breakfast, half an hour for a cold cappuccino and a piece of strong bread and a something call “pancake”. I forgot the yogurt with muesli for 10€ !

Un hotel diferentes muy bonito. Instalaciones preciosas, personal excelente y habitaciones preciosas. Lo malo es que no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y que al llegar a una planta con el ascensor hay que subir una escalera de más y con las maletas esto es imposible.

I stayed at Lulu Guldsmeden for two nights during a business trip. The hotel is not so near to some sightseeing things and the neighborhood seems also not super attractive but the bus station is right infront of the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel has a sustainable conceot and mind which is very nice and I liked it. My room was very spacious and all facilities were gread: fast warm water, clean rooms and nice selection of shampoo, body wash, soaps etc. What I really can point out was the bed which was super nice to sleep in, just the pillows were to thin but not a big issue. I liked staying here and the staff was also very nice.

I’m perplexed by the good reviews of this hotel. The decor is cute, the free candy is fun, and it’s in an emerging area near Potzdamer Platz, but that’s where the positives end. The staff is absolutely clueless at best and actively rude at worst. Their website says they offer laundry, so we picked light, but the front desk attendant looked shocked and then offended when we asked for the service. She hemmed and hawed and sighed and suggested we spend our holiday at the public laundromat before finally saying, “We’ll figure it out and make it right - it is our obligation - but I don’t know the cost.” That cost? €89 upon checkout for a pair of jeans, a few t-shirts, and some underthings. Bathroom cleanliness could use work - I spotted hairs all over the floor - and the room layout was poor with limited natural light due to the loft painted black. Bedding had stains and piling fabrics. Perhaps this place was stylish and fun once, but now it’s shabby and the service is indifferent and rude.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, wir haben es bewusst deshalb gewählt-da wir im Umfeld einige Aktivitäten hatten. Das Personal war jung und freundlich, hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer auf der 4 Etage sauber , klein . Tolle Pflegeartikel im Bad... Bad war nach einmal duschen, komplett beschlagen. ... einmal Fenster in Zimmer auf und dann ging es ... Unser Zimmer ging in den Innenhof . man hòrte ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit , ständiges Tùrgeknalle oder ähnliche Geräusche. Wenn der schöne Innenhog , im Sommer belebt isrt, hat man bestimmt noch eine deutlichere Geräuschkulisse. Die Kissen fanden wir zu klein und man hatte einfach irgendwann einen einzigen Knubbel. Zimmerservice gut.
