Sorprendente apartamento en el centro de la Cittá Alta de Bergamo, Todo bien, la atención de Lorenzo, el anfitrion, el desayuno espectacular, una bonitas vistas, pafecia que todo a estrenar. Recomendable 100%

My boyfriend and I had booked this hotel for the last night of our trip and as a base in the old city. We had booked it several months in advance and were contacted by the hotel (after confirming check in time etc.) 2 days before our stay to say that there had been a double booking and it wasn't available. Whilst this was appreciated, it was impossible to find a similar stay at last minute. When I asked for recommendations within the same price point they sent me a listing next to the airport in Orio el Serio. This meant altering a budget mid-trip and a great deal of stress. We were even more disappointed when we were in Citta Alta because the location is amazing. I wouldn't book with them again for fear of this happening again.
