卡德里大飯店(Grand Kadri Hotel - History Marked by Cristal Lebanon)

Hotel antigo, com uma entrada como uma casa antiga. Os quartos bons, chuveiro e limpo! No café da manhã o atendimento é normal, faltando um pouco mais de atenção. Mas com o essencial. Jantamos no hotel. Nossa mesa, bem grande o que fez os garçons, um pouco confusos, inclusive com uma demora. Mas vale a pena visitar a cidade e toda a sua história. Hotel no lugar privilegiado. Fomos a pé até o centro. Venham conhecer Nahle.

The hotel rooms are very good and well maintained. The buffet breakfast is very good and lot of varieties in it. I have been in this hotel for 3 times and one of the reasons i am coming back to the hotel is the service of the front desk people, and their great buffet breakfast. The worst depar**ent in the hotel is the reservation depar**ent, i advice anyone who want to reserve a room do not reserve ahead wait till the last week of your date. Sorry it will be a long story but what happen with me with the reservation depar**ent is as follow; i decided to book 2 suites in the month of September 2023 for 1 night so i contacted the reservation depar**ent in May 2023 so that i will get a good price because i am reserving ahead and i am a repeated customer. i told the reservation depar**ent that i need 1 Crystal suite and 1 Family suite so he told that i can give you the crystal suite for $400 per night and the family suite $550 per night, i told him that i am a repeated customer and this is my 3 time in the hotel so you have to give a good price, so he deducted just $30 from each Suite only. I said it is OK maybe it will be high season still and the prices are like that. What surprise me later is that one of my friend call in August and reserve for a Crystal Suite and they give him a price of $350 per night in the weekend and $300 per weekdays and they call a week before the day needed. i contacted the reservation depar**ent they told me yes Sir we are just doing a promo for a period in August, i said it is OK maybe in September the price will come back to what they gave me. Before few days of my reservation i contact the hotel and ask that i want to reserve a crystal suite for the same date that i was checking in i was surprised that he told me that they can give it to me at the rate of $250 per night for the weekend. i was chocked but i said no problem let me try to chat with the reservation depar**ent and check with them to offer me a voucher with the difference between $ 370 and $250 or put for me special amenities in the room like a bottle of champagne with a fruit platter and other things as i paid more than the actual rate. They reply me don't worry sir. I reached the hotel and nothing was done to my reservation i ask the front desk people and they told me no any note sir is left for you. On my check out date i met the front office manager and explain for him my situation so he reply me the reservation depar**ent didn't tell us anything about the matter and they never mention it on the system. The front office manager was apologizing about what happen and he was trying to check if i can stay one more night to compensate me. i told him that i need to check out i can't stay so he told me that he will speak to the GM and he will write a note on the system so that if next time i will come they will give me a good price. What really annoy me is that i am a regular customer and they gave me the highest price although they know that in Septemb

The reservation depar**ent doesn’t know how to deal with regular customer. Instead of giving a low price for regular customer they give the highest price although i reserve in may and my check in date was in september. They over charge me arround 120$ extra from the price of September. If you want to reserve wait till the last week and reserve. Do not reserve in head of time because the reservation people want to reach there target from the guest that reserve ahead of time. Worst experience with them

L’hôtel est beau et bien situé, et le personnel est charmant. Nous avons séjourné en famille pendant 9 nuits et dîné dans leur restaurant 3 soirs, très bon. En revanche il faut noter qu’il et impossible de dormir avant 4h du matin les nuits de vendredi et samedi tant il y a de bruit. La semaine c’est calme et bien mais le vendredi et samedi l’hôtel organise mariage, fête, avec de la musique extrêmement bruyante. Ils promettent de l’arrêter à 1h du matin mais continuent jusqu’à 2h, et ensuite rangent leur matériel bruyamment en raclant les chaises métalliques sur le sol, etc… jusqu’à 4h du matin. Même avec des boules quies, impossible de dormir. Tenez en compte si vous souhaitez venir le week-end.

This is a 5-star hotel, no doubt. The location, staff, restaurant — everything as advertised. I’d gladly stay again. We’re here in the off-season, and I’d bet it’s even better in season!

It’s not a five stars hotel at all. And you have to walk 30 meters to the main door . Because they but tables in front of the main door. Every thing is old

The room was fantastic, as well as the hotel. The bed was very good, and the wifi worked perfectly, even if weather was really stormy and the roads were closed due to snow. The restaurant was great and breakfast was good. The place is very nice, I shall come back in sprint or sumerge.

Amazing location in the middle of Lebanese nature to enjoy a break out of town. Nice breakfast and sweet room, not super spacious though. Great pool and restaurant with incredible food. Had to wait long for check in after 3pm though while my friends checked in way before..

Charming hotel. We went last weekend and we were impressed by the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the pool, the great food, delicious breakfast, and the entire a**osphere. We will definitely come back! So much enjoyed our stay!
