Stayed at this hotel last minute due to a cancellation. Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Accommodated my request for a double bed regardless of it being a last minute booking. Affordable and breakfast included was delicious! Would definitely stay again when visiting family.

Rooms are very clean and spacious please you need to work on your wifi especially house like 70 upwards your security is outstanding your support staff is also good whatever reported they attend to it quickly

The rooms were clean. The electricity and wifi worked. The television did not work. Hotel restaurant was good and staff was very friendly. Security was good. You must walk a little bit from the reception area to your own building but porters are available to help. Conveniently located near the airport.

The service and food was great... compliments to the chef. Desserts was top on daily basis and delicious cakes. The place always clean and beautiful garden and landscaping.

I booked into the Kopanong Hotel for a Church Conference. The first thing that struck me, on arrival, was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Throughout my stay, I was amazed at how proficient all the staff were. I use a four-wheel walker as an aid and at the slightest sign of stress, the staff were there to, assist. At meal times the staff were there to help me dish the food and take it to my table. The wheel-chair accommodation was great and I can truly say your hotel is wheelchair-friendly. Thank you to all the beautiful people who made my stay memorable.
