瑟維集團卡斯蒂利亞飯店(Hotel Servigroup Castilla)

Llamamos Sábado para asegurarnos que sin estar hospedados en el hotel podemos ir a comer al buffet y para decir que un comensal es celiaco. Al día siguiente Domingo vamos, pagamos en recepción 19€ por persona aparte la bebida y nos hacen pasar al restaurante. La chica que nos atendió, Yoania creo recordar la verdad que muy simpática y muy amable. Pido mi comida sin gluten pero me dice que del buffet no puedo comer absolutamente de nada, cosa que nosotros teníamos entendido todo lo contrario. Me dice que mi comida tardará como media hora en salir y le dije que no había ningún problema, que habíamos ido a Benidorm a pasar el día y no teníamos prisa. Hasta ahí todo bien. Primer plato, 4 croquetas de jamón de la marca Maheso que son las que yo como en mi casa, por un lado crudas y por otro lado quemadas. El siguiente plato huevos rotos con jamón pues bien, si no es porque mi pareja se da cuenta me como media cáscara de huevo, de echo yo no me lo comí porque me dió mucho asco ( se lo comió mi pareja) y el tercer plato supuestamente era lasaña. Una lasaña que tb es de la marca Maheso lo que ellos le añadieron más tomate aún, así que eso era tomate con más tomate y poco más. Pregunto por mis postres ya que en su carta tenían arroz con leche, pannacota de chocolate, flan de huevo, etc...y me dice la chica que ahí tengo la fruta. Le pregunto por los postres "caseros" y me dice que no tienen porque no hay ningún celiaco hospedado en el hotel, así que lo único que me ofrecen es fruta. Cuando mi pareja le recrimina que hemos pagado 19€ por persona para yo, la celíaca, no comer nada, entró a la cocina y me sacó dos tarrinitas super pequeñas de helado (gracias por el detalle). La verdad que pagar 19€ para comerme 4 croquetas, un sucedáneo de lasaña y 2 tarrinitas de helado ...me.parece un robo a mano armada.

Nos hemos hospedado seis personas en régimen de pensión completa durante una semana. El hotel es muy tranquilo, y aunque a veces se echa en falta un poco más de animación, ha cumplido nuestra expectativas. Nos gustaría destacar la limpieza del hotel y la amabilidad de casi todo el personal. El buffet, a diferencia de otros hoteles de la cadena, no ofrece gran variedad de platos, aunque si que son de buena calidad. 100% recomendable

El hotel jamás pensé que podía volver a encontrarme un ambiente tan correcto tan familiar y maravilloso desde que entras por la puerta principal hasta que vuelves a salir. Ocio encontramos una persona maravillosa como trabajador y como humano Massimo. Volvería seguro

Correu tudo muito bem! Hotel é muito bom, sossegado, refeições muito boas e variadas. Pessoal sempre disponível e com "boa cara". Certamente uma excelente opção para umas férias em Benidorm.

sehr spanischer Benidorm-Bunker. Für mich eine top Lage und sehr netter Service, Frühstück ist OK - aber halt alles nicht sehr gemütlich.

El personal muy amable y atentos

We've just returned home a few days ago. Great hotel and location. Just up a quiet road away from the lively area. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout with friendly staff. Our room was on floor 8 overlooking the pool. (I had asked for a pool view before we arrived). My husband and daughter had the full English breakfast which they said was great. There was porridge, freshly prepared omelettes, crossaints, toast etc. I'm a veggie and was always something for the evening meal. The puddings were lovely, bread and butter pudding, fruit crumble and custard, ice cream and a variety of cakes. The pool area was really nice and quiet (great bar staff). I must mention the lovely lady Jackie, we had a couple of issues where the room card wouldn't work. Jackie sorted it straight away. We were also given a complimentary room at the end of the day before just before we left. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would return in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely Hotel with great staff Fab breakfast and good evening meal . Very Comfortable quiet rooms Would definitely come back. We had rubbish weather unfortunately so only got to sunbathe one day 😑 Evening entertainment not for anyone under 70 but we went out. Not a place for kids more adult only style .very clean everywhere 👌

What a wonderful friendly hotel first time there but certainly won’t be the last , amazing staff throughout the hotel, cannot fault anything, we would like to thank Jackie, Maria , Daniel and Jorge for all their help and advice , when my brother had to be hospitalised and had to have operation and will not forget how caring they all were , would highly recommend this hotel as we have been in many hotel’s in Benidorm, but this is simply the BEST!!!
